[2012-10-21] Chris: Very good It genuinely improves over Googles App. I get too many time outs though. Other apps not doing this |
[2012-10-12] ABQslim: Really great Had stopped using for Greader pro but came back to this bc it's just so much faster and displays articles much better! |
[2012-10-12] Doreen: Better than Google Reader Great, no problems so far! |
[2012-10-10] Benny: almost perfect... there are always exeptions that this feed won't work with that mobilizer ...suggests adding function to choose which mobilizer a specific feed uses... |
[2012-10-09] Nitzan: Greate app Please add per subscription setting to change the default mobilizer service |
[2012-09-28] No: WARNING -SENDS SPAM TEXT MESSAGE TO YOUR CONTACT ! On looking at a thread of text messages between myself and my daughter I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw a message from me which I'd never written, "I've been using D7 Reader pro and ...[recommending it,,) I would have had to press the "send" button. But it still qualifies as Spam. It is an intrusion into the privacy of those in my contact list. I won't be satisfied by just uninstalling this app. I want blood. |
[2012-09-27] Gary: Finally I found the Reader I like...but now I hate Trust me, I tried many since I got my phone. Most are slooow...some use the internet browser of choice to read the article..other just don´t look good This one is fast in every respect and that is what I want however, from time to time the authorization failed and I can not use it. I have to uninstall all updates to Google Play, clear the cache and more to get it to run again..until the next time. That is annoying. There is no reason to check all the time if I am authorized to use the app. I purchased it long ago. NO RESPONSE FROM THE DEVELOPER!!! |
[2012-09-20] Bruce: Don't do it Had problems and emailed the development team. There was no reply. |
[2012-09-08] Анатолий: Good reader Please add grey color for notification icon as option please ) |
[2012-08-24] rs: Does not work on Data I purchased the Pro Version.. but it does not work on data. The error : unkown error!! . Have emailed the developers, but no reply. |
[2012-08-22] Colbs: Great Reader This is a great reader, no problems at all so far. I do have a few requests though, I really wish there was a way to rearrange/organize the subscriptions, also your volume button navigation is pretty useless since it will only change articles and will not scroll. Other than that great product, keep up the good work! |
[2012-08-09] Andymarks: Nice app but.. Please change the icon. It's too square and dull looking. Small thing I know. Also swipe to go back to list from articles would be good. Saves having to reach for buttons. |
[2012-08-07] aelfwyne: Ugly. Tried again after a long hiatus using other apps. This is butte ugly compared to other readers available and doesn't offer a single compelling reason to purchase it over free alternatives. Too bad I bought it long ago on unfulfilled promise. |
[2012-08-04] Robbie: Article buttons are gone For the past few versions I cannot see/access the action buttons while reading an article. There used to be a setting for showing them but it's gone as well. Help? |
[2012-08-02] acanaday: Good but needs work. I like the simple UI that conforms to the 4.0 user style. When reading a story, the scrolling is a bit framey / choppy on my Galaxy Nexus. This applies globally in the app when using the small text mode. Also a "compact" article list mode would be nice. Like with perhaps just the site and article text. Also Adding an option for pro users to start the app directly in a label / folder. Looking forward to the updates. |
[2012-07-29] Yoav: The best reader out there By a long mile Simply superb, what every other reader should aspire to be |
[2012-07-29] Taras: Very good Best google reader app so far if you dont use its mobilizing feature. Def worth the money. |
[2012-07-29] dariowortiz: Excellent The best one around. Pinch zoom feature would make it perfect (especially for photo blog posts) |
[2012-07-23] Terry: Really good and very fast Even better than Google Reader. Remarkably fast! Sometimes doesn't render page properly but only infrequently . The share buttons need to be a little larger and would be nice to remove the ones I don't need, such as Facebook. Would be great if articles were automatically marked read as they scrolled off the top (please add in a future release). Easily worth every penny that I paid. If you are a hard core RSS junkie then this is your fix. Everything you need and none of the silly stuff you don't. Great job! |
[2012-07-18] James: Fast and reliable More features than Google's client. Faster and more reliable than the alternatives. Love the dark theme. |
[2012-07-17] Skippermark: Blazing Speed I have to admit that I was reluctant toinstall D7 because it appeared to be "too simple," but I wish I had tried it sooner because it's really good. The simple straight forward design works great. Podcasts resume from where they were paused, which is awesome, and it's always in sync with Google. I've lowered my review from a 5 to a 3 because I've asked the owner a couple times to add a "variable" fast forward/rewind feature to the podcasts rather than the default 2 minutes. If you're in a loud environment and miss something and want to hear it again and hit the back button, it goes back 2 minutes, which is way too long, and trying to move the slider back and forth to back up a tiny bit isn't practical if the podcast is long. |
[2012-07-16] Murray: Wot no caching? Oh dear. Promises a lot, nice interface slick navigation then spoils it all by not being able to cache articles for offline reading. Very 2007. |
[2012-07-16] Cathy: Does not load most RSS feeds! Has trouble mobilizing 90% of the sites I read. |
[2012-07-07] Dave: Adjustable text for tablets please Could you please add a font size setting in the pro version. High resolution tablets screen makes the font tiny. Love this reader otherwise. 5 stars for font size. |
[2012-07-06] Pepčok: my everyday app |
[2012-06-29] Chase: Darker theme and new transitions are my only request Considering developers can now respond to comments I didn't want to down rate your excellent app slightly just to be seen. Please add an all black, non gradient theme with possibly some blue highlights. Also, an option to disable or switch how the articles transitions might look and the speed they allow the next article appear. Great app and reader that absolutely shines though! Congrats |
[2012-06-24] elian: Excellent Great app, but could make better use of tablets' larger displays (e.g. separate panes for articles and article lists, comparable with e.g. Kaiten Mail's display of e-mail). |
[2012-06-11] Ronny: needs tablet view great on small devices but not on a tablet. pls make a tablet view! |
[2012-06-09] Joe: Love it. Best Google Reader app out there. |
[2012-06-02] Joshua: The best Good Reader App This app is fast. Reminds me of Reeder for iOS. I've tried them all and this is my favorite. |
[2012-06-02] shardsofaperture: Still love this aoo Without a doubt the best for droid. Only needs its own ticker widget and ability to go into specific feed folders versus the list of everything in a folder |
[2012-06-02] Mr: Beautiful work.. just beautiful. |
[2012-06-02] Isaac: The fastest No matter how many feeds you're subscribed to - this one is the fastest. Excellent app. Very responsive developer. |
[2012-06-01] Francisco: Awesome!! Simply the best way to read news on any platform |
[2012-05-31] David: Lost licence Latest update reports licence verification failed. Reinstalled and ok now |
[2012-05-19] revenant: Freaking amazing The newest version is freaking fantastic. Absolutely my most used app. A++++++++ |
[2012-05-17] Misty: Great Love it! |
[2012-05-07] Ric: License error, Galaxy Nexus Had to reinstall to get it to recheck license validity |
[2012-05-07] Mark H: very nice Excellent. I have tried just about every app that syncs with Google reader and this is my favorite. Two great features to add would be mark as read as you scroll past in the reading list and grouping by folder in the reading list . |
[2012-05-07] Rob: Love this app! Best news reader on the market by far. Can we get the widget back to 1x1 though, preferably with text to look the same as launcher icon. |
[2012-05-06] mark: Nice update Toolbar is wasted space but I guess that's new Google design.pattern. thankfully there is full screen mode |
[2012-05-06] Damian: Constantly improving Dev is listening to users feedback which is great. Last changes go into right direction. |
[2012-05-05] Rodney: Terrific App! Very responsive Dev. thanks for adding support for readability. |
[2012-05-05] Matthew: Buy now! Stop reading this and read your reading list the way it was meant to be read! |
[2012-04-30] fisab: The best The best online rss reader out there for android.. Imho! |
[2012-04-30] Mike: Favorite Reader I've tried quite a few readers and I like this one the best. It's simple, bug free, and does everything I want my reader to do. It's online only, but that's all I need. |
[2012-04-26] James: Excellent! I tried a bunch of Google integrated readers and this was BY FAR the best IMO |
[2012-04-25] Sam: Good Good in a market where there are greats |
[2012-04-24] James: Very good reader But scrolling still laggy. |
[2012-04-20] Jodiuh: Brian is right! The mobilizer button in top right is a life saver. But it and the mark all read option should be at the bottom where ur thumb is. |
[2012-04-13] mdelfs: The best Great speed. Needs to auto insert title and URL when posting to twitter. |
[2012-04-13] Brian: Fantastic! Love the fetch in app Best part of this app by far (in my opinion) is the seamless integration with google reader, and the "mobilizing" button in the top right corner. WTF does this do you might ask? When you're reading the article and it has that annoying more>> to see the rest of the article, which when clicked on pops open a browser instance.. WELL the mobilizing button will go fetch the rest of the article for you, so you never have to leave your Reader APP.. that alone is worth the price of this app. |
[2012-04-11] Michael: Perfect if pictures were optional in article list This is the best reader app I have yet used. The one thing I'd like to see is a menu option changing the way the article list is displayed to include thumbnail pictures (where available). Other than the austere, text-heavy look, the app is superb. It is fast and stable with a solid feature set and most importantly, very straightforward and easy to figure out and use. |
[2012-03-27] AndresV: Please implement podcast time jump ! I have used this excellent application for 6 months but after the change of phone it is not able to synchronize with my Google Reader account any more, even after re-install. Device: Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S Please work on podcast player, playback is unreliable and it is not possible to jump to time using slider. Sometimes playback just stops or restarts. Please keep developing this excellent app ! |
[2012-03-26] B-Dub: Love This App Best Google Reader app out! |
[2012-03-16] Omar: Great Google Reader Client Great Google Reader Client. Simple and effective with a nice fast UI. Galaxy Nexus Android 4 |
[2012-03-01] TrickMasterP: Love the App, Awesome Developer, Frequent Updates! This app is a must have for ANYONE who uses Google Reader. Has ReaditLater and InstaPaper support, different color themes, it's FAST as all get-out, easily group RSS feeds by tags, never crashes. Developer is on XDA, supports user feedback & frequently updates. Don't be a cheapo and buy the full app, it's completely worth it and reasonably priced! |
[2012-02-27] mike19: Fast UI could use some work but by far the fastest rss reader on market. If you have a lot of subscriptions you need to use this app |
[2012-02-25] Chris: Slow. This app was perfect, then updates made it super slow, im actually looking for a new one now... |
[2012-02-21] Joseph: Good Every function in this app as I have used it works the way it's advertised. A pleasure to use. |
[2012-02-18] Cezar Ionuț: Best google reader Reminds me of reeder on iOS. |
[2012-02-18] Rixxamus: 4.9 Stars I am giving this 4.5 stars (Pro user). I'm not giving it 5 stars for one simple personal reason - i can't add a notification tone for new article syncs. I have massively custom Status bar/ notification bar settings including custom widgetsoid and elixir widgets, 'NQ' apps, pinned note reminders for 'Note-everything' + more all have notification tones. However, everything else about D7 is perfect for my usage. I would never of moved from gReader but after testing it i prefer its battery use on my Desire HD - which seems to use less. I just wish that a custom WIDGET pack could be made for PRO users, to include a 4x1 or 4x2, so in effect to work like YouTubes 4x2, which could then show current article extracts from a custom favorite folder (or something :p) . Us power users need these tech fixes :D IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST RSS READERS - To not be too biased, gReader is great, RSSdemon, Minimal Reader etc are good, but D7 should be one of the ones you test, even if you use multiple readers for Podcast like RSS Demon etc like i do :) Come on chaps, demand Notification Tone settings!!!! Rixx. |
[2012-02-09] Nick Naim: Ultimate! Fast! Google reader folder support. Mobilizer option a huge plus. Nice layout! Truly the greatest news reader for Android. |
[2012-01-31] Eck: Issues since update Force closing since update |
[2012-01-27] Alex: Quick fixes. My tablet-related woes have been attended to. It now works perfectly for my GS2 Epic 4G Touch and Galaxy Tab 7+. It's a nice reader, just needs a tablet mode and it would truly be perfect. |
[2012-01-25] Mal: Very good Best so far. |
[2012-01-23] Rana: My favorite Google Reader replacement |

[2011-12-02] Kris: Nice Great reader!! |
[2011-12-02] Zol: Best news reader app on Android Well worth the money. |
[2011-11-30] Trout: The app itself is awesome However, ugly grey home screen needs to go, and the new icon is somehow uglier than the previous icon. Not a fan of persistent bottom navbar |
[2011-11-28] Fnord: Latest update has a crappy social networking bar that won't go away. |
[2011-11-27] maxwintrobe: Wonderful - my go to RSS reader. My favorite RSS reader on Android, thanks for the 1.9 update today, 5 star all the way. |
[2011-11-23] Mário: The best android standard rss reader. It's simple, clean and it has a small memory footprint. I just miss offline reading. Try Pulse if prefer a richer interface. |
[2011-11-21] chris: Better than Google reader Fast, accurate and reliable. Nice features. Love this reader. |
[2011-11-08] Robert: Great update to the best rss reader. Thanks for the new account change feature. Perfect! |
[2011-11-08] Boxcar: Easily the best RSS reader Has nearly all the features and functionality I've been searching for. I've tried so many RSS readers and D7 just gets it right. Awesome app. |
[2011-10-30] Kathy: Frustrating Glitches. The search finds some really great, relevant blog posts, but they are a pain to view. I wish the recommended reads were MINE, not a techie's. |
[2011-10-19] sanj: simply great.. please do allow access my "notes" from google reader, share with note (with unshare option+ full mobilized as save to note option) and option to turn on mobilized option so that any/all feeds can open in mobilized format rather than 2 click as now. thanks |
[2011-10-13] Hassan: Excellent google reader client Has a built in text extractor to get the full feed without loading the whole website |
[2011-10-02] TMS: Best of Google Reader clients Most usable RSS client I ever tried. |
[2011-09-17] J: This app allowed me to ditch my iphone 1 of the reasons I hadn't ditched my iphone sooner was that I could not find a reasonable replacement for the "Reeder" app--now I have. |
[2011-09-16] donners: Superb. Gets better with every update. You can tell the developer uses this app every day. |
[2011-08-17] Mongoose961: As Good as It Gets Well intigrated and updates easily. Podcasts are downloaded or stored for easy access for long road trips. No longer need 3d party apps for my news. |
[2011-08-16] Ron: By far the best RSS reader if you want rapidly sync with Google Reader. Also uses much less main memory than official Google app. |
[2011-08-15] Sebastian: Crashed 3 times in the 10 minutes it was installed on my phone. Refunded. The free version works okay, I'll stick with it... |
[2011-08-13] Nar: I tried all the other readers available and this one's the best so far. |
[2011-08-13] Melon: Tried a lot of readers and this is my favorite. Fast and simple to use. New option to open link in mobilizer is great. Awesome job. SGS Vib. |
[2011-08-02] Eli: I've tried them all; this is the best RSS reader on the market! |
[2011-08-01] Chris: Just bought it! It looks great. I have already made a list of all lectures I will be listening to shortly! I would say it is a good app no doubt. It reminds me a bit of 'Google Listen'. Keep it up and make it one of the best apps in this category DroidLab7. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. |
[2011-07-29] Andrew: Excellent app for those of us who need online reader. Very responsive developer. |
[2011-07-29] Mike: Latest version of app fixes issues with marking/starring articles. What we have now is the fastest, best Google Reader client for Android. |
[2011-07-28] Bru: I have tried a bunch of news readers and this is by far my favorite. Well worth the money! |
[2011-07-28] NickM: Problems in last update What happened to download podcasts, now I download but have nowhere to find them - it was not easy to find that before but now it's totally gone. I'd like to have fed this back to the developer but his website has no way to report back problems, for that reason will downgrade to 3 stars until I can see a sensible way to feed back :| |
[2011-07-28] Turge: Looked high and low for best rss reader This is the best of the best and works flawlessly with Google Reader |
