Keep up with all the latest BBC headlines right from your Android phone with BBC Update. Using its sleek easy-to-use design BBC Update makes it simple to read news on the go. With its clever use of Android gestures it has never been easier to flick through news stories from your mobile. BBC Update is also suitable for tablet users, landscape mode is built to utilise the extra space a tablet provides and options allow you to display BBC mobile or full pages.

- More feeds (as and when I discover them)

[2011-10-01] James: Excellent summary app An excellent app for viewing BBC news in summary; I can't get it to open pages in normal mode tho, it always opens the mobile version so I can't view eg. associated video content, ignoring the preferences setting.
