[2012-06-03] A Google User: Accurate and up-to-date I've kept other weather apps on my phone along with this one to compare them, and for whatever reason, this app is always more accurate and up-to-date. Weather Bug's temperatures are all over the place, and the Weather Channel's app does not update frequently enough. This one also has the clearest and smoothest radar image. It even has fully integrated GPS that follows you and gives you local conditions for wherever you are automatically (Weather Channel and AccuWeather will give you GPS based weather, but it's not automatic). I don't know if the app can give the local weather for localities outside KTKA's viewing area, though. I'll be finding out soon... |
