Hong Kong Weather Alert 香港天氣警告 (v. VICENTE)

It's summmer again in Hong Kong and that means rain, wind, thunder, heat and typhoons! This small tool will keep you notified of alerts issued by the Hong Kong Observatory of severe weather, by putting an icon in the status bar.

This app doesn't use the HKO icons, because they are covered by HK Government copyright.

New idea for Typhoon Signal It may be also a good idea to let everyone know the typhoon signal (e.g. 3, 8, 9 & 10) is to be hoisted in coming X hours that is announced by the HK Obervatory. Also the cancellation of the server weather.

Great little app. Wish the notification icons could be improved (HKO icons please). Otherwise works perfect. 2.2 on N1

Great app! However right now the HK observatory marks a T3. The notification on my N1 is still T1, but if I click on it, the extra info says it's a T3
