One of the most important, influential and enduring new wave bands, Talking Heads regularly modified their sound, bringing in elements of punk, pop, african rhythms and funk among others to add to their original jerky stripped-down art-punk stylings.

Talking Heads first appeared on the New York music scene as a trio in 1974 essentially as art-punks. The band consisted of David Byrne, Chris Frantz, and Tina Weymouth. By 1975, Talking Heads recorded a demo album for CBS records and landed a gig opening for the Ramones at the legendary CBGB club in their native New York City.

The Script are Danny O’Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power from Dublin, Ireland.

After reaching number fifteen in the charts with their 2008 debut single We Cry, their second single The Man Who Can’t Be Moved peaked at number two. Their debut album The Script was released on the 11th August 2008, and went straight to number one on iTunes both in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Their third single Breakeven was released on the 10th of November 2008, peaking at number 21 in the UK singles charts. The band went on to release two more singles from their debut: Talk You Down and Before The Worst.

He is the founder and current CEO of Aftermath Entertainment and a former co-owner and artist of Death Row Records, also having produced albums for and overseeing the careers of many rappers signed to those record labels.
