[2013-01-28] A Google User: Rocks Great tool for training! |
[2012-12-15] A Google User: Excellent! One of (if not) the best fretboard trainers out there. Ability to customize drills was the deciding factor for me. |
[2012-11-21] A Google User: Pretty decent Have had it for a few days and speed of knowing my way around is definitely increasing. Not sure yet how this will translate into improving my playing. One feature that would be nice is saving scores from different exercises to compare. Would also like to see this or another app have similar features but with written notes on treble clef. THAT would be cool. One downside is the strict memorization. You don't get to see how notes relate in scales. App only takes you so far. |
[2012-10-24] A Google User: The best Didn't really feel like I understood the fretboard till I started using this app. Thank you so much. |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: Like flash cards only better. This app is very helpful to see how well you are learning the fretboard based on both accuracy and speed and I am not aware of anything similar. I am just starting to use their interval trainer app as well. |
[2012-09-26] A Google User: Nice |
[2012-09-19] A Google User: Very useful! I found this app to be very useful in helping me learn my fretboard inside out. It is fairly simple but I like the overall design as it is easy to work with and very clear. Two thumbs up! |
[2012-09-07] A Google User: Great app This app has been a great tool for learning the fret board, as well as scales. Just download the full version as this app has been invaluable to me. Highly recommended. |
[2012-08-27] A Google User: Good app More available tunings would be nice |
[2012-08-01] A Google User: Great app! Excellent tool for learning the fretboard! John - you can do exactly what you want; if you want to practice only frets 3-7, just create yourself a profile with frets 3-7... |
[2012-07-31] A Google User: needs some work need to be able to set fret number other then 1 -5 like 1st fret only or 3-7 what ever frets you want to focous on only then would i rate 5 stars as is i rate it 3 cause its to limited. |
[2012-07-26] A Google User: Excellent! Love it! Totally worth it!! |
[2012-06-15] A Google User: AMAZING!!! I haven't found anything that has helped me learn the fretboard but this has kept my attention. Once you get on a roll you really learn!! Easily my new favorite a pp. As far as things I'd change, very few. One thing would be when it ask you to find the flats and sharps, it be nice to se perate them. This way you learn the flats instead of the sharps catching your eye first which is usually the case. Also a way to import data from LITE versi on when upgrading would be nice. Extremely useful app. Worth it. |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: Really useful app! This app is a nice way to practice guitar when you do not have your guitar available. I have been struggling with learning the notes on the fretboard for a long while now. Maybe now I can finally get it! The only issues I have experienced so far is that the playback sound when you pick an answer sometimes doesn't play, and notes tend to repeat a good bit back to back. |
[2012-05-30] A Google User: Great tool - easy & effective Looked at a number of apps for learning the fretboard and found this was the best layout and most customizable (in the paid version). Great tool for anyone who wants to improve familiarity with the guitar fretboard. |
[2012-05-21] A Google User: Simple but good value It's worth the money. Nice little app to learn the fretboard. It crashes if it launches while the screen rotate on my Galaxy S. But apart from that works well. |
[2012-05-21] A Google User: Great app great app for learning the fretboard. Would be even better with an option that shows the notes on the G music bar for practicing reading sheet music. |
[2012-04-28] A Google User: Simple great learning tool Great app, can set up what to practice and try to beat prev time and accuracy. Worth paying for. |
[2012-04-13] A Google User: Great way to learned fretboard Really well done. Works as advertised. Can create custom games and choose all the notes you want so you can learn at your own pace. |
[2012-03-26] A Google User: Great learning aid! Easily worth the 2 bucks. Small investment compared to the reward! Kudos for not requiring any permissions! |
[2012-03-17] A Google User: Custom games My best app yet, it's proving very effective. I would like to be able to set it up to just quiz me any pair of strings rather than all of them. That way I could concentrate on the ones I am least familiar with. |
[2012-03-12] A Google User: Came back to buy the full version! I think this is my favorite app. No bugs on my samsung galaxy prevail. I do wish the developer would create a notes on the scale app like the interval one! |
[2012-02-10] A Google User: Great learning aid Brilliant app. Free version only does frets 1 to 5 and all string 1. Try it and you'll be happy to pay for higher frets. |
[2011-12-04] A Google User: Brilliant 1 week and i know half the fretboard pretty well. Would like to keep track of scores though. Pos timed games. Doesn't erase customs games! |
[2011-11-18] A Google User: Good but I'd like score tracking so I can see my progress, and maybe a scoreboard to see how I compare to others. |
[2011-11-01] A Google User: Excellent training tool. Does exactly what it advertises. Has never crashed on my G2. Noteworthy is that currently (version 1.07) requires no device permissions whatsoever. |
[2011-10-15] A Google User: Look past the ugly logo.... Well worth your £1.20 or whatever it was to support this developer....it's an invaluable little tool to keep sharp and learn the fretboard inside out. Strangely fun to play too. That logo really is hideous though...c'mon guys, you can do better than clipart surely? |
[2011-10-01] A Google User: Great Wish you could resize the fretboard though. |
[2011-09-10] A Google User: Excellent app! Would like to have the ability to repeat the sounded interval. |
[2011-07-14] A Google User: Pretty good. Basic. Does what I need it too. Idea for creator: record of high scores by percentage/ave sec? notmuch else I'd alter. Solid app. |
[2011-07-14] wakajabi: Pretty good. Basic. Does what I need it too. Idea for creator: record of high scores by percentage/ave sec? notmuch else I'd alter. Solid app. |
[2011-05-31] A Google User: I was looking for something like Fretboard addict on my window mobile. This app is perfect. But note must repeat itself until correct answer |
