** Music player setting is only available after you place the widget, not if you run it from launcher. **

Universal music control widget capable of hiding itself while there is no track playing. It is designed to be used with WidgetLocker Lockscreen, however it is possible to use it on your homescreen as well.

Free version is too restrictive. I used this app a few years ago and it use to be a lot less restrictive on the free version. The app will only let you pick auto detect, which didn't work on my phone (SGS4) at all. The developer should make the free version at least work on every phone. Who is going to pay to upgrade an app that doesn't even work!

Unique..... But it lags, slow response. Add the option to eliminate the song text when player is stopped. Long titles continue to scroll when you stop the player....I'm sure that kills battery power.

Unresponsive After last update it became very SLOW. It doesn't change track text for like 10 sec. and when I press stop, player widget disappears after 10 sec or never at all.. Really unresponsive.. Please fix it.

Best music widget! This app looks great, and fits perfectly with my minimalist theme, using the chromeless skin. With the new update, the track info is no longer cut off in landscape mode. However, it still seems to lose the track info when autorotating the homescreen (sometimes, its not consistent now, which is a good step forward). I use JB 4.2.1 and playerpro. This widget is almost perfect, great work, keep it up!

Widget locker 2.3.2/Poweramp trial 2.0.9 I have bought widget locker and have been trying out the trial version of poweramp but phantom music control seems to appear 1/10 times that I start playing music, I can't figure out why it doesn't appear every time or what I need to do so I can only give 2 stars at the moment. Once I resolve the issue I will buy the pro version of poweramp and phantom music control (and give it 5 stars), but until then I am just frustrated.

Not reliable, out of sync, incorrect meta data (Pro user). Doesn't work reliably with my most common music apps - Spotify and Podkicker. Once they've been started using their own app, Phantom is able to control them, but it doesn't detect the initial play state so the play/pause button is out of sync. Also unable to get any meta-data from these apps - constantly showing the last thing I listened to in Google Music. The beta version of Media Utilities does all this flawlessly

Very nice, but... Great app, easy to navigate, and very flexible. My only gripe is that the widget is NOT resizable, and is locked to 4x1. My homescreen is set to 5 wide, so the widget is off center. This is the only thing keeping me from jumping to pro.

Consumes lots of battery Installed it yesterday and put a widget on my desktop. have not used it yet, but somehow it ended up consuming 30MB RAM and 9 minutes of CPU time in last 15 hours (which is a lot for a widget that should not be doing anything when im not using it). Unnecessary battery drain is not acceptable for me, especially when smartphone batteries only last 1~2 days.

Useless Standard version won't control Google music (which is the default and only player on stock roms). Pro version, on default, will bring music player to a new empty song on my nexus 4, which has no sound. (unknow artist and unknown song, which didn't exist in my library at all). If you hand pick a song from the library then forward and backward buttons will not work.
