Music Explorer is a simple music player.
It shows a list of files in the SD card and plays the selected song.
The player buttons and the list of files are shown in same screen, so you can manipulate simply.
Also, you can operate playback position easily even in long files because the fast-forward and rewind buttons are independent.
This player supports bluetooth headset button.

It plays folders. Runs in background. I don't find any loss in sound quality. I tried various apps and after using this, i uninstalled all the other players. Those who are looking for playlist / auto album creation etc - stay away it is not for you. |

[2012-07-08] Michael: The only honest player Doesn't scan your whole SD card and queue your ringtones and voice recordings like Winamp does (LAME). Doesn't claim to be the best at displaying album art and then clog up your music folder with a bunch of greatest hits album covers or whatever crap was in your mp3 metadata like N7 Player does, constantly caching it to your SD card (DRAG). Doesn't ask for any permissions not befitting a music player like Real, Poweramp, Playerpro and the rest do (CREEPY). Just plays music perfectly!. |

[2011-06-21] Emil: AMAZING APP!!!! Simplest=greatest player for playing music files by folders so far. (Just 41KB! No bloated code like most other apps to gather anonymous stats.) Resumes form the last place in the audio file even after full restart. Interface simple and elegant-easy on memory and processor. NOTE, if you are one of those halfwits who are fine with accessing their music by ID3 tags not knowing where the actual files are, this is not for you - just keep being an oblivious end user and buy the next flashy apple product. |
