Bluetooth Autoconnect (v. 2.2.0) Разработано WestOneTech |
Bluetooth Autoconnect is an application and widget that allows you to stream music simply via bluetooth.
Upon first time launching the APPLICATION or initially adding the WIDGET to your home screen you simply choose your favourite paired device for streaming music to via A2DP (stereo bluetooth).
Your chosen device is then taken as your preferred option for future use, so that with one click the app shortcut or widget will switch on bluetooth and connect to your device ready for you to start streaming via your favourite media player application.
Should you wish to change the device set as you favourite just press the 'Change Preferred Device' button on the app splash screen or remove the widget from your home screen and re-add.
NOTE: THE DEVICE YOU WANT TO CONNECT MUST SUPPORT A2DP. They can be things such as stereo personal headsets and car stereos.
-If you like it please rate it.
-If you are having problems, check out the website for assistance or contact me and maybe I can help. Please don't just rate it with 1 star and say it doesn't work as this doesn't help anyone and I can't contact you to give you any help. (Particularly if you are using a device which does not support A2DP!)
-If you have a bug or suggestion, contact me and I may be able to change it.
Future enhancement:
Depending upon the level of interest telephony functionality can be added to this application - currently not supported.
Note: Currently available at a discounted price.

[2012-09-05] Alan: Doesn't work with Galaxy S3 As other reviewers have noted for other devices, it never actually tries to connect, it just turns off bluetooth, then asks you if it's on. wtf? |
[2012-08-25] Bojan: Doesn't work on SGS 2 LTE ICS 4.0.4 The app doesn't work. Does the same thing on 2 different devices. I've added the widget to the screen for device I'm trying to connect. It tries to connect for a half a second, fails, prompts me if device is on and it closes. If I manually try to connect, works every time. |

[2012-08-23] Dennis: does NOT work w/ ISC this app is slower than "bluetooth pair" which does the same thing, but is more lightweight & has a nicer looking icon. this app stopped working w/ ISC on my droid 4. I would avoid this app as the developer does not really respond to inquiries & does not provide support for the app. |

[2012-08-18] Pino: Doesn't work |
[2012-08-14] chance: :( lame All this app does for me is turn my phones Bluetooth off |
[2012-08-09] Rebecca: Not for HTC incredible All this app does is toggles your Bluetooth setting on and off. Just like the bluetooth widget that comes standard. But it remembers your bluetooth device. Took more then the 15 minute refund period to set up. |

[2012-07-12] Mike: Spot on Motorola Droid 3 -- Was looking for a widget to enable my BlueTooth then auto-connect to a paired device at the same time, this app nailed it spot on. Feature Request 1: Have a widget "Toggle BlueTooth then auto search for devices then auto connect to anything it finds" so that as a user with multiple BlueTooth devices. I only have one device on at a time I'm connecting to (Truck radio, motorcycle helmet, etc) so this would remove the need for multiple widget toggles for each BlueTooth device. The auto-search and connect would more or less be an attempt to connect to each device in sequence and if not connected attempt the next device. Feature Request 2: One thing I'd like to see that'd make it even better would be to color code the widget based on status (Red icon = BlueTooth off & Blue or Green icon = Bluetooth on and connected) as another visual. Couple minor feature additions and it'd be hands down a 5-star amazing app for me, 4 stars currently. App does exactly what it says it does and does it very easily with minimal permission requirements. |

[2012-07-08] Henry : Sad Don't buy |
[2012-07-04] Dave: Handy This is a very handy app, could use some preferences, but glad to have found this. |
[2012-06-26] Daniel Bobeica: Not working win Galaxy S3 Not working win Galaxy S3.Just turns off Bluetooth when launching the application. Wasted money. |
[2012-06-20] Gm4: linda Awesome, but you a compatible device (stereo, not mono.) Read his FAQs for the absolute best written instructions on the market. Excellent app, great support. |
[2012-06-19] Rajeev: Doesnt work with galaxy S2 when ever i open the app, it is turning off the bluetooth on phone. |
[2012-06-04] Peter: Does not work Disables Bluetooth on the phone when trying connect, does not work, Samsung galaxy s2, hope developer will refund if unable to resolve. |
[2012-04-27] Chris: Just use app titled "a2dp volume" this app isn't very good as it does some funky thinks with toggling bluetooth on and off. "a2dp volume" is a free app that actually works for getting auto connect working. |
[2012-04-26] Steve: Works like a charm on HTC devices! After going through (quite a few) apps looking for something that would cause Autoconnect with an HTC Thunderbolt, this one came through! It works WONDERFULLY, although I'm mildly disappointed that it only does it with only one device at a time. I JUST got it, but since this is already well and above any other app I've tried, I'm really going to take a look through with it. To anybody who is trying or contemplating trying this out: Watch for the manufacturers. the reason I bought and installed it was because I saw other people install with success on their HTC devices. If you see nothing but bad reviews for your manufacturer, don't expect it to be well and above for you! |

[2012-04-15] Jonathan Bjerkeseth: Very easy, very handy! As my Android phone doesnt connect to my bluetooth speaker automaticle, I thought to give this app a chanse. Turns out: it works perfectly! Cannot understand the low rating. This app does not run when not needed, needs few permissions, and uses no 3G data. Only thing that could be better: if the homescreen widget text size was smaller. Maybe an option? My speak is named NAD VISO 1 but it only shows "NAD V". Just some positiv feedback. :) |
[2012-04-11] Jahon: This app is a SCAM Doesn't work. Can't get a refund. Won't pair with my car media capable bluetooth. This app is junk. Don't waste your money. |
[2012-03-05] wolffie: It works for me. First of all, the app works just as the description and FAQs say it does. For all of those that have problems getting to work on there device, here is a suggestion: Contact the developer and let them know, or try a alternate app. Do you know how hard it is to get something to work with multiple version of android, multiple manufactures, and multiple skins. Sometimes it takes the right feedback from the community to learn of compatibility issues. Why give a 1 star rating just because it doesn't work with your device. That is just like saying that diesel fuel sucks because I have an unleaded fuel only car. Why criticize a better product just because you cant use it. 5 stars for simplicity, functionality, cheap price, regular updates |
[2012-02-20] Paul: Hoping for updates... Working well on my SGS2. |
[2012-02-12] juliot: No sirve Realmente mala y lo peor que se paga, no boten dinero en ella. |
[2012-02-09] Trey: Worked as advertised I have had this auto-connect app for about a month and it has worked exactly as described. It will auto-connect my Virgin Mobile Optimus V to my car stereo. I combined this app with Tasker in order to have a one button start for Pandora in the car. |
[2012-02-04] Peaches: No no no Didn't work |
[2011-12-28] archer53: Nice App - works Installs and works (EXACTLY as indicated on the developer's web site) on both my HTC Sensation 4G and my wife's LG Galaxy2x. In reading the reviews it is clear that most (all?) of the 1-star reviews are by people who either are using incompatible devices (no a2dp), didn't follow the instructions or didn't bother to read the FAQ at the developer's web site. I gave it 4 stars because there are a couple things I would change: 1 - it assumes you want your bt turned off when you disconnect from an a2dp device - but I want an option to leave my bt on (the drain on my batt is not even noticable so I want bt ALWAYS ON). 2 - it needs to be removed from the homescreen and replaced and then associated with a specific device after each restart of your phone - gets annoying if you restart your phone often. 3 - I have several a2dp devices (car, home, office, headphones, etc) that I'd love to use this with but, at present, it only allows one association and thereafter always assumes that's the device you want to connect to. I'd like to put several separate buttons, each with a custom title for the desired a2dp device, onto my homescreen. |
[2011-12-22] dan: Consider this a BETA app... This app has two critical flaws that make it not worth a download: 1) It "forgets" the assigned BT device after any restart, meaning you have to remove the widget, add, reassign, etc. The developer acknowledges this is a bug, but 2 weeks later it still is not fixed. 2) The app assumes that you only ever want to use BlueTooth for audio streaming...so any time you press the button and BlueTooth is currently enabled, instead of connecting to the desired connection (assuming it is working...see above) it shuts off your BlueTooth. Meaning you have to wait, then press again. In the mean time, any connected headsets you might be using are going to loose connection, so you are driving down the road missing calls and such... The developer considers this 2nd problem a "feature". Either way, this is a half-baked app as of 12/22 so maybe check back. |
[2011-12-18] Valerie: BAD REVIEWS ARE USER ERRORS. IT WORKS!!! If you just go to the website (click the link) and read the FAQ, you can't go wrong. It works perfectly and simply. SOOO EASY and I am extremely happy!! Clicking for 5 mins to get my Bluetooth settings set up every time I got in the car was getting OLD. Now it's just one click for Bluetooth and one for Pandora. DONE! Thanks for the awesome app!! |
[2011-12-10] David: Don't waste your money. It actually screws up your bluetooth settings. |
[2011-12-06] Kyle: Exactly what I was looking for! It works perfectly as long as you read the FAQ. I would like to see integration of this with Tasker so I can automate this with my other profiles. |
[2011-12-05] Robert: Disappointing Does not work AT ALL: Xperia Arc S |
[2011-11-28] Dermator: Unreliable... Works sometimes, but most of... the time it doesn't, the widget just stands there doing nothing and you have to re-add it again |
[2011-11-03] John: Fantastic widget! This is the most useful widget I've ever used. |
[2011-10-04] Rasafrasit: Does NOT work Bluetooth off, click widget, attempts to connect, fails to find device, shuts off bluetooth. If I simply cycle the BT on the phone myself, the device pairs without a problem... |
[2011-09-28] LaTonya: LLewis Purchased this app. Didnt come through. The app said installed and I was charged. Requested a refund. Tried again. Did absolutely nothing. Rip off! |

[2011-09-17] CBW: Fab widget. Those who say it just turns their Bluetooth off should read how to use it. |
[2011-09-16] max: crap it says I should install it from the market and that it isn't licenced. also it reboots my lg optimus one. well, such a pity it does nothing else. |
[2011-09-15] Andy: One of a kind. Excellent. Been looking for something like this. It's the only app on the market that does this. Galaxy S2. |
[2011-09-15] Newsha: Doesn't work. It just turns my Bluetooth off |
[2011-09-05] Rohan: Can't use it 'cause I can't find widget on my galaxy s2. Uninstalled. |
[2011-08-31] KulM: Works well, if only it would automatically auto-connect. |
