Usage:
* Create a folder named "Audiobooks" on your sd card
* Create subfolders in that folder
* Place audio files of the book in that folder

Features:
* Remembers position
* Stops on headphone unplugging
* Pauses on incoming/outgoing calls

Permissions explained:
* WAKE LOCK to keep your device from sleeping while listening to an audio book
* PHONE STATE to detect incoming calls and stop and resume playback accordingly
