Goes out over the internet to upload to the WDTV drive The latest version keeps sending everything out over the internet and then back in to the WDTVHub so it takes forever to transfer pics from a phone.

Clear Cache Go to App settings and touch Clear Cache option to download latest photos from your NAS. If this doesn't help, please call WD customer support

Great idea but does not work. Can access photos using Mio from my PC, so I don't think problem is the NAS setup, router etc.

The wrong photos and no support. The root folder of my WD TV Live Hub contains three folders, My Vidoes, My Music and My Photos. This app allows me to see My Videos ( 0 photos), My Music (435 album covers) and a folder called console ( 0 photos). It doesn't show the My Photos folder but lucky me, I can browse my album covers. What a useless app. Where is the support WD?

This makes my phone better than my wallet! I never really have much room on my phone for all the photos I have of my kids, so this app makes it easier for me to bombard my friends/co-workers with how cute my kids are when they eat icecream, etc. It installed without any issues, works fine with my My Book World (others are right -- only works with the White Light version, not the Blue Rings -- had to get a new drive, but it was totally worth it). If you've got an issue, file a support ticket! That's what support is for right?

great app this works a treat on my phone and hoping wd put honeycomb support on soon for tablet use. those who get server errors make sure your hard drive is up to date on software and make sure router firewall isnt blocking access.
