Don't close this once it has started! It worked alright the second time around, but the first time it wiped all my genres. Yes, I pressed the 'close' button, but only because there wasn't a message telling me the app would stop running completely - without even a prompt.

Thank you,why doesn't android do this by default? It is annoying to browse genres and see (141) as a genre. Works for other music players, not just meridian. N1

After changing the genre for some of my songs, they would appear under both he old and new genre. This app removed the song from the old genre. Thanks

Does a great job of cleaning genres of music. Meridian should do this automatically though.

I don't know what went wrong, but it ERASED all genres, leaving the fields blank. Also duplicated each and every video title in Meridian.

Works! But, be aware that tracks get pulled in from the entire sd card, not just "music" folder....

While it does what it says it's supposed to do, it has a few annoying tics. Definitely don't let it switch orientation when it's running.
