[2012-05-24] A Google User: Why the duplicates? TuneSync is a good idea, but sadly, support is lacking. I downloaded TS Lite to check it out. I downloaded a playlist and, as expected, it downloaded the playlist with only 20 songs. What was unexpected was that it also downloaded every song, even though all the music was already on my Droid Bionic (2.3.4). So I now have 20 songs that have been duplicated. In all, I have over a thousand songs on my phone -- if I purchase the full version and then sync, will I end up with every song being duplicated, forcing me to either waste time deleting the dupes, or taking up far more storage than necessary? I posted this question on the website's discussion page (since there is no sign whatsoever of how to directly send Support a question) about ten days ago, along with others who have similar problems. Haven't gotten the courtesy of reply. So I have to assume that Support is a myth. What do you say, Fireleap? Is there any support, or do I look elsewhere for synching software? |

I can hardly check how it works before payment with that kind of limit. Bought WiFi Tunes Pro for a quid and it does unlimited playlists and tracks. |

App icon does appear in my phone. It syncs every day but I can't find the music or play it. I think it causes itunes to keep randomly opening up on my pc while I'm doing work which is very annoying. I keep closing itunes but it pops right back up again & again until it's done syncing. I would like it better if it worked in the background, not forcing itself in front of my other work. |

[2011-05-08] A Google User: just ok This was my first market purchase. Fought with it for a bit to get it working over wireless - requires the IP of your machine to be pingable. After seeing what it does, a simple script can get the files to your phone and create the playlist independent of syncing with iTunes. File copy is pretty slow, but it does work. |
