TAnDI is a camera application for Android that allows you take photos/videos, and share them easily through Hi5,Facebook, Picasa, Flickr, Blogger, Twitter, Youtube, or T-Online's Mediencenter. It allows you also to stream Mediencenter photos to digital photo frames through RSS.
