SPLMeter shows SPL (deciBels) of the Android's mic signals, and their frequency spectrum. The meter has three speeds: Fast, Medium and Slow. Shows peak envelope and frequency of maximum intensity, and clipping. ISO 1/3 Octave bars and Spectrogram.

Works ok...but only goes to 109db -which isnt that loud

Did not measure accurately on epic 4g... I could not get it to register anything more than a ten db change, no matter what I calibrated it to.

Droid 2.1. Worked great and helped me track down and fix noise in cpu. Great fun to play around w too. Have lowered inside house noise SPL by 7 db!

Works well on Desire 2.1 but phone's mic seems to peak out at 80dB. Still very useful for picking exact frequency of feedback squeals in live shows.

Paid. Wish it worked. Locks up my droid every time I use it. Requires battery out reset every time.

does not measure above 107db. When your trying to peak a 147+db system all it displays is 107db, gonna have to drop $$$ for a termlab

Please add A and C weighted averaging. After calibration, very close to my SPL meter. Works great.

Omg I'm a live sound tech. This has saved me so much grief. Comp software that does this costs thousands and isn't as convenient. Thumbs up!
