Downloads fail. When I try to download a photo to my phone ( Galaxy S4) it says the photo was downloaded to my gallery but when I look into my gallery non of the photos are there. I'd also like to see infinite scroll. I hate having to tap to load the next group of photos.

I am on the tablet version. I just have one complaint - why cant I view the app horizontally? Who holds a huge heavy tablet in portrait form anyways? I mean, if they decided they were going to pick one or the other you'd think they'd at least have the decency to go in horizontal format. C'mon I expected better from you!

Downloads not found Failing to download my photos to a location recognized by my phone's gallery is unacceptable. I'm a Pro user of more than 5 years and expect better than this. Suggesting that I use another app to go searching through my filesystem is also unacceptable. The latest versions of Android have been out way too long for this to be an ongoing issue.

Very disappointed Love this app normally but lately it won't let me download the pics I have to my phone gallery or it will say the media is downloaded to my gallery but it isn't. Also what is up with the automatic upload? Used to work perfectly every time I took a pic now it will only do it sometimes if im lucky but most of the time it wont....this is a different phone and I was having problems with my previous one too its clear that it isnt my phone its the app

Two words: Automatic Uploading! It's brilliant! I will never lose any pictures or videos ever again! &This is coming from someone who has lost her phone twice this year. And it's great that I can see my pictures that I have taken will all my devices! My phone and tablet pictures can go in the same folder! Thank you, creators and staff! Deleted my pics! Damaged SD Haven't even logged in once due to repeated failed login even after resetting password. Then ALL my pictures from my phone and SD card were deleted. Had baby's 1st steps only on my phone so I got the app to make sure I had them forever. The opposite happenened. So mad but even more sad. Then notice saying SD card is damaged. All happened within 10 minutes of dowloading the app!

Stopped uploading pictures? I've been using this app and have loved it because I can delete pictures off my phone to save storage space and yet could still access the pictures on the app, but suddenly stopped uploading pictures, instead saying my pictures are "queued to upload". I stopped a video from uploading in my queue, then 161 pictures were able to upload. Is there a storage limit? If so, the app is now useless to me.

Let down The app will not load past 32 pictures and it force closes when you push load more. I've been coming back to this app for over a year now and I've tried it a numerous phones. And they have never fixed the problem. Very disappointed.
