Already available on the web, in print and on the iPad, this unofficial app now brings the feature to a huge range of Android phones and tablets.

[2011-07-30] Andy: Excellent In the absence of an official Eyewitness app, this is fantastic. Programme launches in an instant, pictures download extremely quickly, even on a crappy 2G signal. It will store all of the pictures twice in a folder on your phone (the main pic and what appears to be a large thumbnail). This means the pictures don't need to be downloaded every time you open the app, but it won't take long before you have LOADS of pictures on your SD card. They can be deleted if you really want though, so not a huge issue. |
