Almost perfect! This app is almost perfect. My two problems so far, once I launch a video in w8 the cursor goes to the bottom left and the windows desktop icon pops up. In therefore have to move the mouse every time. Second is that the streaming from to the phone doesn't allow me to fast forward... Aside from that it works flawlessly! Get this now!

Great app I regularly use it to control a laptop that sits across the room from me and uses my TV screen as a display. It essentially acts like a wireless touchpad and/or keyboard, allowing almost full control of the computer from a distance. After a simple initial set up on the host (aka "server") computer, it has thereafter connected quickly on demand. Its design is clean and its functions are intuitive and powerful. It's fantastic.

Remote Control Windows from your phone Does what the title says. You can enable scrolling as well. Mouse movement is tracked very quickly and keyboard presses are recognized fast. If I had to request one thing would want a dedicated Windows start button.

Actually saved me money! I was seriously considering to get Bluetooth speakers for my laptop and now I got Gmote I dont need to spend much extra money to get Bluetooth built speakers! I can now buy very decent speakers with the same money that would get me crappy quality Bluetooth ones :D! Also the app's reponse time is quite fast. This got me to comment on an app for the first time.

It works on linux! It works great as a touchpad and keyboard on Debian, but it won't work for controlling vlc. Installing vlc-dev gets rid of the error when starting the server, but it still can't launch the vlc player. It's still an awesome app just for being able to use it as a touchpad and keyboard!

Works great. I like to watch Twitch on my big-screen TV and so have my Linux machine as a Media Centre. This made it easy to browse their website from my couch. Easy to set up, and works very well. Has ads, but they are very non-intrusive.

Best remote I have used I am able to control my mouse and type on my computer using my Nexus 7 really easily with this app. The only thing I wish was that the ability to hear media from your computer on your device would be updated so it would work better and so I could watch videos saved on my computer on my Nexus. Great app with so much potential!

Completely failed. I installed this to use with my MBA (OS X 10.8.3) and it completely and consistently failed to find the server and on the rare occasion it was found the connection immediately dropped. The app, and it's functions as a result, completely failed to work and was rendered entirely useless. I'm very disappointed.

HTC one V great app! I can browse and play music with it and it works perfectly, but I don't have a menu button on the HTC one V so I can't access the touch pad or settings. Great props to the devs for this app but just needs a menu button for phones with no menu button.

Great Old App! I used to use this app with my old smart phone and now it's better and stable and very easy to set up on my new phone. I am glad to find it and install it back on my new phone again! Server install poor, sluggish performance and scandinavian letters dont work on keyboard Server install program has lots of errors (win7) installing and especially uninstalling. Keyboard has more delay than other programs and it doesnt seem to support scandinavian letters.
