Chordbot lets you create and play advanced chord progressions easily on your phone. Useful for songwriting experiments, as accompaniment for your guitar / saxophone / theremin solos or as a backing band for your shower singing sessions.

Handy As a musician of 15+ years, I'll say this is definitely handy. I was skeptic at first but within 10 minutes I now have an awesome chord progression to record in the studio. Definitely worth a try if your an amateur musician or professional leveled like me. Great job. Now if the pro was cheaper? I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

$5.00 for the Pro??? Shame that the PRO version is so expensive, relatively speaking, because I really like this. Can't see droppin' $5 (yet) for this considering I have a Chrome/Firefox extension that does the same thing. There may come a time, however, when I need it and don't have access to my laptop. I'll likely upgrade eventually (the program really is good), but $5 . . . ~phew~ Still -- good job on this!

Very handy! Free version was installed yesterday and today I already playing around with the full. It's very handy and easy to use. Just after opening you can create a new masterpiece. Chordboting in the hotel, going to try export .midi files in the studio. Thanks for developing such an amazing app!

Amazing... but no save sucks. This app does pretty much anything you want/need it to do - but without being able to save songs in the free version, it feels a little stifled. (I'd probably trade up to the paid version if it weren't so pricey...)

Nice App Good way to test out progressions quickly. Tons of selections. Choose any root, then chord type, from simple Maj, Min to 7, 9, Dim, Aug and more. And a couple arpeggiators to choose from.

LOGIC PRO9 Has midi issue with logic pro 9, always resets plugin sound, has program markers, and seems to play up with logics piano roll, once sorted I would gladly re download and pay. However, does what it says on the tin!

Got rid of Facebook... ...to make room for chordbot. If I were designing this app, I would make a more elaborate drum or beat section to allow eclectic accents and breaks, but that is just me. This app is great for writing harmonies and melodies.

Bulls eye! Many is the time a melody or chord progession pops into my head but I'm nowhere near my studio or a guitar and forget it before I can record it. This app is awsome! you need to know your chords make it more helpful for newbs and it'll really shine. preset progressions, recommendations "preferred" chords to follow each chord, determine likely key and suggest chords, chord selection could be more intuitive (believe it or not)
