AudioTagger is an Android audio tag and album cover art editor.

AudioTagger tags following audio file formats:
- mp3, all ID3 tag versions read, most common ID3v2.3 saved
- mp4 audio (m4a, m4p)
- ogg
- flac
- wma

Other features:
- Download album cover art and album song lists from Discogs and Amazon.
- Batch tag whole albums.
- Batch rename files from tag keywords and the other way round.
- One button search to list all albums on the sd-card
- For more options check the system menu, or the long click on files for context menu options.

Samsung Galaxy S2: Epic Touch 4G This application is absolutely incredible, I get to fix all of my songs titles, artists names and album name, the best application to compliment this is, Album Art Grabber it automatically upload the album art to each track.

Artist Capitalization I downloaded this app so that I could capitalize the names and albums and everything of my songs and it is great-- way more than I expected-- and has a lot of cool features, but there are some tiny inconspicuous issues: the artist nane remains lower case, and the picture selected doesn't show up as a thumbnail, but it does when I click the song. When/if this is fixed, I will give five stars. Otherwise, great app. By the way, I use Galaxy S II

Best out there. Update as needed Only this could fix the albumartist and artist tags. For those having problems with albumart not being updated, go to filemanager-> sdcard/Android/ com.android.providers.media/ and delete the albumthumbs folder. Your music player and media storage should recreate the albumthumbs folder next time you play a song.

Love this app! My only issue is that when I use the option to look up the track info, it doesn't fill in all of the fields. So if I find the track it doesn't fill in the album info it only changes the album cover and (I think) the track title. It would be awesome if you could fix this.

It works Allows for batch editing, something no other tag editor seems to do. Editing UI is nice and clean. Takes a little long to apply changes, and you can only browse by file, not artist or album. Keep your music folder organized and you'll be fine.

Best This is my favorite tagger because that tags actually stick; a few others have had great features-but the tags would be unreadable/unrecognized! This apps' layout makes it really easy to do batch tagging quickly-or sequentially one-by-one! The only thing lacking is that there's no option to designate the "home" folder. It's a small- but annoying-issue. HOPEFULLY it will be addressed in the next update!! Again-the app does what it's supposed to really well-and that's why this tagger is tips on my list!!

The genre didnt update! I updated tags on a few songs to see if they would also update on my stock music player. The album artwork stuck BUT the genres didnt! PLEASE CAN THIS BE FIXED? I think this app shows some promise but until ALL the tags I've edited shows up on my music player then im giving this app 2 stars. I like organising my music by genre.

A Good Start This app is okay but only really good for maybe fixing ONE OR TWO songs at a time. Unless you have 1GB+ of RAM. I keep getting a "ran out of memory" or "file name too long" message when trying to do a whole album which makes this app pretty much worthless to me. Also, if the Artist, Album or any other field has the same entry then it should show that instead of <Keep>. You should also be able to enter more than just a digit in the Disc field like, "1/2". Take care of these three issues & you'll get *****

Fixed problem files I had two files that had the appropriate tags in tagging software but never showed right in the player. I tried four other programs to rewrite them. This one worked.

So close to perfect but for one bug! I batch tag manually, to organize my library the way i like it. Of the apps that do that, this is the best if it would just fix one glaring bug: after a successful edit, the reloading of the library hangs up. Heartbreaking. Excellent, Efficient This app can batch select and batch tag by using the arrow to the right of the edit fields. Made the editing breezy after I figured this out.

At least a decent free audio tagger I tried a lot of different apps. This was the only one that: is free, let me select several different files and edit them at once, and actually saves the modifications. A suggestion: searching/finding files by tags, like a music player does. At the moment it only find files by browsing the file manager.

No batch tagging You can only tag files within one directory. I am looking for something to auto-tag all my music. This seems to be fine for what it does though. One tip, you may need to look in mnt/sdcard-ext for your sd card files.

Works amazing Although it had a bug. (Sometimes after pressing ok to finalize, swirl loading ring of death but easily fixed by force stopping the app. Try it) It works wonderful for manually adding tags and album art and went through my library of 1600 songs relatively easy. Made my life easier and was able to clean tags on my phone in spare time, as opposed to sitting at a PC wanting to shoot myself. Thanks a lot.
