This is a collection of useful surveys and assessments common in medical triage. Questions and results are derived straight from medical texts.

Special features of this application include the ability to save results, and the ability to share results (for example, with your family doctor via email). Sharing and saving of information is optional: the system does not automatically save any user content, for privacy and security reasons.

Widgets record time. Text can be stored on an SD card. You can get the three logs of four widgets, and widgets for browsing.
Tabbed browsing has been changed to the dialog in version 2 format. Clear individual logs can be saved to SD.
