NurseWorks Assessments is better than having a pocket guide in your phone. This app is a basic assessment package for all nurses whether students or LPNs. It is a hard-working tool that will launch your assessments and charting to new levels. The drop down and check boxes make everything easy and fun to use. This app was written by an LPN with almost twenty years experience. When you use this app you will find it helps you organize and prioritize what things are most important to do in each of its 15 categories. Then you can bring the app back to your desk, and it will provide you with all the information to chart in a easy-to-read manner.
No more sloppy nursing notes. Only easy to read, well documented procedures. You will get it charted right the first time.

[2011-05-12] A Google User: Assessment Summary in text form I am wondering if you could add a feature that summarizes the assessments for the selected individual in text form that can be exported or saved as text, doc, or pdf. That would be helpful in keeping track.... I like the app, very creative. Good Job! |

[2011-03-15] A Google User: Like the app but has words spelled incorrectly or incorrect words (i.e., should be profuse bleeding, not perfuse). Pro apps need proper spelling. :) |
