Explore gene expression levels in different immune system cells of the mouse. Provide a gene name or alias to view a "bar code" heatmap overview of gene expression. Then click on a cell icon to zone in on a particular subset of cells to see gene expression values displayed on a bar graph. The data generated is from the Immunological Genome Project.

Great tool needs some fixes This is a great tool but requires some fixes. For one the loaded bar graphs have a dark grey background (galaxy s). The other thing is that there should be a zoom function otherwise you can't read the legends. I would like to also get some info on the x and y axis (is x fold change and what is each y parameter). Some info on the project would be nice to promote it. Keep up the good work.
