[2012-08-07] Nika: Very limited Practically useless. Presented information very limited and lack of details. For summary of claims I'd like to see at least brief description of procedure / visit the claim was submitted for. Also this tool has lack of record/account interactivity options. For example- I cannot add new or change PCP for myself or primary pediatrician for my dependent. Why not to have such option and save my time for not calling your careless representatives who will keep me on hold for an hour. Please add this and then I'll give you even 10 stars. |
