plustime ist eine kostenfreie App zur optimalen Verwaltung und Übersicht von den vom Arzt verordneten oder in der Apotheke erworbenen Medikamenten. Die verwendete Sprache ist Deutsch. Durch die Möglichkeit eine große Anzahl an Patienten anzulegen, eignet sich diese App sowohl für Einzelpersonen als auch besonders für Pflegepersonal, um die verordnete Medikation aller zu pflegenden Personen verwalten zu können.
Neben einer großen Anzahl an Medikamenten kann zur Unterstützung der Arzneimittelsicherheit zu jedem Medikament ein Foto zur eindeutigen Identifikation hinzugefügt werden.
Der genaue Einnahmezeitpunkt eines jeden Medikaments kann individuell festgelegt werden. Die Uhrzeit ist bei "morgens - mittags – abends – nachts" frei einstellbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich an jede Einnahme mittels Tonsignal erinnern zu lassen. Erinnerungsfunktionen können auch gänzlich ausgeschaltet werden. Zusätzliche Informationen und Einnahmehinweise in Zusammenhang mit Nahrungsaufnahme können bei jedem Medikament hinterlegt werden. Bei jedem erfassten Patienten erleichtert eine Tages- und eine Wochenübersicht die Verwaltung der verordneten Arzneimittel.
Zu Erleichterung der Eingabe speichert die App plustime bereits eingegebene Daten von Arzneimitteln oder Personennamen, die bei Bedarf gleich einem neuen Eintrag zugeordnet werden können. Um die Daten unverwechselbar zu machen, sind keine namensgleichen Personeneinträge zulässig.
Zu jedem erfassten Patienten können der betreuende Arzt und eine Ansprechperson eingetragen werden, welche -wenn eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt ist- direkt angerufen werden können. Mittels Google-Maps® ist eine angegebene Adresse auch einfach zu lokalisieren.
Die Benutzung ist übersichtlich und einfach gestaltet, zu jedem Bereich gibt es einen Hilfetext, der die Funktion der jeweiligen Seite erläutert.

Color blindness is a common eye condition that makes it difficult to distinguish certain colors. A person that is color blind often experiences problems determining colors like yellow, red, blue or green. Color blindness refers to a deficiency in the way you see color, and not any form of blindness.

This vision impairment mainly occurs among males and is the result of a recessive X-linked gene. Females are the natural transmitter of the color deficient gene but are rarely carriers. Mothers often transmit the deficient gene to their sons but are thus rarely color blind themselves.

Color blindness among females occurs only when the color-deficient gene is passed from father to daughter, if the mother carries the gene as well.

The problem is caused by a cell defect in the retina of the eye. The light absorbing tissue in the back of the eye that transforms what we see into signals to the brain partly contains cells that distinguish colors. When these cells in the retina are not working correctly color blindness occurs.

There is no cure for color blindness and most adults with this vision impairment from birth live without any major discomfort or disadvantages. However, there are cases where additional damage to the retina by aging or disease has led to almost complete color blindness.

Most common symptoms are, like mentioned above, the inability to distinguish common colors like red, green, blue or yellow.
