I love being able to schedule my viewing using my tablet or phone. Unfortunately, more often than not, it just fails to find my pvr. It's kind of in keeping with the rest of Rogers service, flakey. |

[2012-04-06] Pat: Great when it works Samsung Galaxy S Captivate / Gingerbread used to search for a tv show and set to record on a 8300HD. I was surprised it allowed me to select which of two PVRs. Searching was much easier in the app than the Rogers guide - which is Very slow using the remote! It worked 2 out of 3 times, which is a better than Samsung apps. |

How could they not have at least a planned update for the remote when the launched the Nextbox 2.0 service. Rogers clearly has multiple teams, developing multiple features on different release tracks, and different agendas. UNIFY your product customer experience people! |

When there is a conflict due to multiple scheduled recordings, the list needs to display more. e.g. on the 3 recordings, all i see is, "Soccer..." But i can't see which game is listed. Therefore i do not know which one I'm canceling. |

Three calls to Rogers customer service went like this: the first two reps kew nothing about this and the third told me Rogers doesn't support Rogers apps. Only problem is that the schedule doesn't always update. Seems to be a problem at current time and date, not future dates. |

When it works, it's nice, but most of the time it tries to connect, starts to work, then tries to connect again, starts to work, etc, etc, etc. When I tried to get some assistance, I was told by Rogers Support to "contact your wireless provider"...well, that's also Rogers but they don't help out since they are "too busy to handle so many requests". As a loyal Rogers customer for years, I have to admit that Bell's PVR software (which has been out longer) works better. |
