This is the Free version of Scribbler.  The free version has all the same functionality as the Pro version but is supported by advertisements on some screens and tags saved and shared images with promotional text at the bottom left.

Scribbler is a touch drawing and finger painting app for Android devices.

Fully customize the color, shadow, transparency, blur and shape of your paint brush.  Select from several pre-loaded background images, or use the built in color picker to select any color imaginable.  Or, select one of several preset templates including background and brush settings.  Import any image files from your SD card to use as a drawing surface.

Images can be saved in four resolution settings and three size settings as PNG or JPG files for storage on your SD card and easy sharing via email, MMS, and your favorite photo sharing sites including Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and more.
Create and save images for wallpaper and contacts.

This App is the simple camera with a self-timer function.
Just choose the interval and press [set timer] to start the countdown.

The photos that you took is saved into the following directory.
/sdcard/CameraSelfTimer/

To preview the photos please use the android's gallery function.

-Cannot open midi files. However free version does support other tab types such as guitar pro, power tab, tuxguitar, text based tab, etc..  
-Export capabilities are disabled
-Fretboard and piano notes are only displayed for the first five measures
-Cannot change track instruments
-Search results limited to 20
Please upgrade to the full version to remove these restrictions.

*Note: for those worried about read phone state permissions...this app displays ads, and the ad libraries used to display the ads require this permission to function properly. This is the only reason this permission is being requested, and ads are the only way to keep an app like this free. Keep in mind the Read Phone State permission only lets the app tell whether you're on a call on, or if the phone's ringing...it does provide permission to track your phone calls. This is something we have no interest in doing. Again, the only reason it's here is to keep the ads going which allows us to continue offering this app.
