Various scientists are all found murdered, and all clutching a small Scarab in their hands. The local mayor pushes the police and the masked hero, Captain America into looking into the murders. One of the survivors of the murders asks the mysterious Dr. Maldor for support, but it turns out that Dr. Maldor is actually behind the murders. It is then up to Captain America to solve the crimes and bring the bad guys to justice!
