Panasonic Blu-ray Remote Trial (v. 1.7) Разработано Simon Vincent |
Trial Version.
Unofficial Android remote control for Panasonic Blu-ray Players. Should work for DMP-BDT110, DMP-BDT210 and DMP-BDT310.
If you have a DMP-BDT120, DMP-BDT220, DMP-BDT221, DMP-BDT320 or DMP-BDT500 let me know if you are interested in beta-testing the app for these devices.
Main Features:
- Standard remote buttons
- Seek bar
- Send text using android keyboard (Full version only)
- Voice recognition control (Full version only)
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS:
I recommend you set a static IP Address for your blu-ray player using your router. Also remember to ENABLE REMOTE CONTROL in your blu-ray player settings. You do this by:
Setup->Player Settings->Network->Network Settings->Remote Device Settings->Remote Device Operation->ON.
Any issues/bugs or feature requests please report to remote@srvincent.co.uk.
Please do not leave comments saying it does not work without emailing me first. 99% of the problems reported so far have NOT been issues with the app but users not setting up the blu-ray player correctly or problems with their router.
Enjoy!

[2012-09-12] Anonymous: Manageable The DMP-BDT210, and DMP-BDT215 (the one I own is model DMP-BDT215 but the only difference between the 2 models is a free HDMI cord) players work to a point. The interface is not very user friendly because the setup screen's text on the app is scrunched together, and the player needs to be remote device enabled to access the phone and the app does not tell you your phone's MAC address to set that up. I am sure that some of the buttons don't work but as far as I can see the SUB Menu button does not work, the TOP Menu button does and yet they are both under the menu option for the trial version. Too Bad my phone does not allow apps to be installed from anywhere other than the Android App Market (Now known as Google Play) because I would love to beta test this so it can be fine tuned. |

[2012-08-20] Kevin: So far... Works perfect. Lost my remote in the move, but lucky for me the settings for remote operation were on. Now I'm back on netflix and have full access to my blu ray. I tried a few of the apps on the list but for whatever reason, this was the only one that worked. I just installed it and BAM it recognized my blu-ray and was working like a champ. It could use a facelift but not needed. Thanks. |

[2012-06-10] Gunde: Works well Does what it says and does it fine. But my god is it ugly! Needs a mayor UI overhaul. |

[2012-04-12] autryld: Demo too limited It would have been helpful to have a better sample of what the full app would do. This demo did not convince me to get the full app. |

[2012-02-06] BR: Use the real remote This app freezes my phone over and over and over. |
|
[2012-02-03] John: Useless without keyboard I tried typing on it to search the Amazon Instant Video and it didn't work. The only reason I was interested in this was to have a full keyboard. The arrow functionality works fine and it took very little setup to get started. |

[2012-01-31] test: YouTube didnt work I was unable to get YouTube text search work using send text. Need shortcut to youtube. Ability to new custom shortcut like Amazon video |

[2012-01-10] Anthony: Pretty awesome would have five starred if backspace worked |
|
[2012-01-09] Doug: Needs tablet support If it supported landscape tablet view with efficient use of larger format real estate, I would use it. Very nice initial effort for phone users |
