LookSee Draw lets you create animated cartoons on your phone or tablet by drawing pictures.
Draw pictures on the screen using the handy editor. Preview and edit your animations. Then when you're happy with your animation, encode and share a video in MP4, AVI, Flash, or Quicktime format.
Note: Video encoding and extraction requires the LookSee Encoder package, available separately.

[2012-10-04] Aluraine: Used every option available and most options were brush effect Limited beyond limited tools; no true undo button; all in all piece of crap. Not even the brush effects are customizable on strengths; it stopped letting me draw after 4 frames till I chose it out of cartoons again then let me onto frame 5 and the bad part is I didn't have any save options to start. Id reccommend only letting ur kid at least play w/ it like some sick punishment because even a child would go 'wtf' at the utter craptacularness of this app. |

[2012-03-30] nirmal david: so so its an ok app.. it does the basic thing of being able to draw frame by frame with onion skinning on. but if you want to make a movie out of it you have to buy the encoding app that the same company makes. |
