- SD Card: Used to save images to your SD card
- Internet and Access Network State: Used to display ads in the Lite version and to send optional crash reports (Android has built-in crash reporting but it's not available on earlier versions).

Solid painting app with great features! I was trying to find a free tegaki e-like art app and went through a couple of others before trying this. It really fit the bill! I like the interface; it's easy to switch between brush sizes, opacity and colours. Love the convenient eyedropper,autosave, multiple undos, and pinch/zoom/moving around. My issues are mainly minor like more options when sharing (size etc) and toolbar sometimes becoming half visible after moving the canvas around. I really enjoy using it!

Basically unusable on Honeycomb Doesn't work in landscape mode and forces tablets into portrait - which may sound appropriate for an art app but in practise renders it unusable.

Ignore the troll Paint freely, not at all limited, worth the cost of the pro version in every way, just ignore the spineless review by B, honestly that made me cross, at least stand by your words I was using this in beta and it just kept getting better, support the Dev, and he will make this the art app android will be known for.

All OF THESE REVIEWS ARE LIES. Obviously people were paid to review this, or the developer made fake accounts to comment on his app. The comparisons to Sketchbook Mobile.... haha! The lite version has one brush, three sizes. Oh and it has an eraser and layers. And that is it. It says from beginners to pros... haha! More like toddlers to preschoolers. This is the most basic, bare bones art app I've seen yet, nothing about this app would appeal to a mid-professional artist. Heck, I don't think it would appeal to anyone with even a speck of talent. The Sketchbook Mobile and Pro comparisons are the biggest laugh I've had in a long time! It also doesn't even work in landscape mode on a tablet. Sketchbook Pro on the tablet has 60 brush presets, this has 3.... and all they are, are different sizes of the same brush.. so like I said, one brush. Normally I wouldn't rip so hard on a mediocre, free drawing app, but to use fake reviews, and actually have the nerve to compare this garbage to an actual real drawing app, well you know an app is horrible by that fact alone. Do yourself a favor, ho download the free or paid version of Sketchbook Mobile or Pro. Then come back and see if you can find anything in this bare bones, fake drawing app, that resembles the level of quality and expertise, found in Autodesk's Sketchbook applications. This app deserves zero stars. You'd be better off drawing on a restaurant napkin. DROIDX 2.3.3 and Galaxy Tab 10.1 3.1

excellent app in small size! i accept that sketchbook may have more advanced brushes, layers, etc.. but this has it beat in size!! i don't have 7mb to spare for a sketching app! :) love it one question, when you export image to sd card where does it get saved. also when you "save" where does it get stored?

Needs more work This needs a lot more work to take on the big guns like Sketchbookmobile and Canvas. Needs more settings for brushes, layers etc. On my tablet the canvas only covers two thirds of the screen. The brush response is good.

Finally! I used to have an iPhone and my favorite painting/drawing app was a natural media painting app very similar to this one. Once I made the switch to Android I searched in vain for a comparable app. I tried and even bought several from the market but was never happy with the results. This app is everything I was searching for. The brushes leave very realistic strokes, controls are very intuitive, layers support works great as does the popup color picker. Awesome job, developer!
