Deep Sleep is a wonderful tool, just before going to sleep listening to 15 minutes can get you five times the depth of sleep.

What is “deep sleep”?
The quality of sleep is not depended on the length of time but by the quality of sleep. The sleep which plays a decisive role on human health is the “deep sleep” at night. SoundRecorder saves recording*.3gpp or recording*.amr on /sdcard. this can rename *.3gpp to *.3gp for mime-type audio/3gpp. mime-type audio/amr is recommended.
