[2011-07-19] A Google User: Suggestion for date handling Firstly it's a good app - simple and intuitive. Does one thing and does it well. I live in a timezone GMT+10 so it's usually a day ahead of the APOD site. When the app requests today's picture it gets an error because the web site thinks it is asking for tomorrow's. Could you add some logic to convert date-time data to the timezone of the APOD web site? A couple of other ideas - cache photos locally -set desktop/lock screen wallpaper (of view in gallery which can do that |
