Convenient Much better than calling a car service. I just take my phone, open the Zipcar app, reserve, go pick up the car and drive.

Good, but could be better. It wasn't immediately obvious that one could find more cars by moving around on the map. Should offer results as a list sorted by distance from user.

Great company, ok app This app should reflect more onthe great service Zipcar provides. There is a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. But, overall a pretty good app.

Horrible Droid X. Force closed when searching for car and reserving. Car unlock button hung up and chirped nonstop. Needed to reboot my phone because of it.

Good app. The only problem I encounter, fairly often is a connecting to the zipcar servers issue which always occurs. However, once I'm in it's great.

Very useful slightly buggy The user interface is really nice on the small screen and it's convenient to have lock/unlock remotely. 1 star off as it's not entirely reliable.
