But currently every single time I hit on an external link (I.e. web link in email, site listed in Google now etc.) It crashes and won't allow you to go to that site. |

I have been battling a newly-returned porn addiction of formerly 4 1/2 years and I have never had access to accountability apps like these. I need this app to help myself fight the addiction, but for kids like me there's no hope if all we have are apps like this that lure you in saying they're free, then turn the other cheek and say that you have to pay-to-use. Utter BS. Thanks for the help. |

[2013-01-14] A Google User: Unfortunate I have hostoricly been disappointed with x3 .I have had them for over a year on both my cell and laptop and they have never consistantly sent reports to my partners.then a month ago a got anew cell and have not been able to get the app running consistantly.I had to start paying for a month to month membership and come Jan. 1,it said my account expired yet every time I tried to renew it said an account already existed. I have emailed x3 and the first it took then over 2 weeks to responded. UNINSTALLED |

[2013-01-05] A Google User: Ugh!! Uninstalling I got this app last summer (2012) and for the first 2-3 months it worked fine. My accountability partners would tell me about the weekly emails they received so I was like, "yes this is awesome!" But after a while the emails stopped showing that I had pornographic searches. They just kept saying everything was clean and no questionable sites had been visited. So as a result I am switching to Ever Accountable. Plus x3watch sucks the life outta my battery like crazy. |

[2012-11-27] A Google User: How to remove the notification bar icon!!!! For everyone who wishes that the X3 icon did not show at the top of the screen all the time, that can be done. Here's how (exact steps on Samsung Galaxy S3): Open "Settings", then "Application Manager", now swipe right twice until you are in the "All" heading. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and select the X3Watch application. Uncheck the "Show Notifications" box, and bam, no more icon, yet the program continues to run! |

[2012-11-14] A Google User: Should be a lot better for the price. I've had a lot of issues with this app - mostly related to account creation or account restoration. I use the x3watch software on my laptop at home, but I couldn't use the same account on my phone. Contacted their "tech support" multiple times with no help at all. I eventually just had to create a new account. I understand about the icon in the notification area - that's because the app is always running, and Android requires "always-on" apps to have a notification icon. I also don't like that I have to pay a separate cost to buy the mobile software on iOS. If I'm paying for the mobile version, it should cover all platforms. But since they are now charging a monthly fee, I guess that takes care of that... Overall, for the amount of money they are charging, this software has a lot lacking. I wish there was an alternative out there that was free and worked well, but as of right now, I'm stuck with this. |

[2012-10-22] A Google User: Doesn't really work I originally gave this app a 4 star review until I actually started "testing" it to see if it really worked. The first thing I found is it didn't report all the apps I downloaded, including ones with mature content. I also tested the uninstall feature and was able to uninstall it without it notifying the listed accountability partners. Customer service is very slow and didn't have any reasons as to why these issues were occurring. I have now stopped using it and am looking for a better solution. |
