Ever wish you had your recipe book with you while you were grocery shopping? Or forget what you need for a certain dish? "What's For Dinner?" gives you access to all of your recipes & more while you're on the go. Search multiple popular recipe websites all at once. Quickly build a categorized shopping list and check off items as you walk through the grocery store.

This app now includes Voice Mode. This feature enables your Android device to respond to voice commands and read your recipes to you step-by-step. Online search includes recipes from FoodNetwork.com, Epicurious.com, AllRecipes.com, and MyRecipes.com (which provides recipes from several magazines including Food & Wine, Cooking Light, and many more).

Note that this app is currently only in English and the online search is for .com sites only. If you are outside the US the online search result recipes will be in imperial units.

Dinner for the month I love the apps. I used it to plan my dinner for the month. While I am in a line or at the salon I search for recipes then I can decide what day to use them. I have had no problem so far. The shopping list is my favorite part.

My mobile go to cookbook This is my take everywhere, go to cookbook. I used the webOS version for three years and loved it. This one is slightly different and not quite as user friendly. However, so far it suits my needs.

I have this app installed on an ipad and two android devices The ipad version allows me to cut and paste as well as downloading from internet and typing in directly. I have over 500 recipes stored so far and it keeps taking more. Don't know when its going to reach its limit. The android version is less functional in that have not figured out how to cut and paste on a adroid. It imports well from the internet.

Where do the recipes keep going? No crazy about the way the recipe files are saved, and after a 2nd Sync, pretty much lost all my recipes... uninstalling to start from scratch.....ugh

Nice idea...not compatible with Android online Still no update to fix problem with my tablet. Its even worse now than before. Waste of effort to fix and waste of money. I hope that they make an update to this app for Android soon. Spent $5 thinking I could sync with online recipes (easier to enter and update) but this doesn't work for my new Nexus 7 and Android so kind of a waste of money :P

Don't upgrade if you have the free one! You'll have to start over. The backup and restore feature does nothing. I emailed the company twice a few weeks ago when I bought the app about this and they have not responded. The features sound great and I like the free one, so I bought the real one. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use it yet due to lack of company support.

Fantastic idea, but Great app. I have it on my ASUS transformer and my Droid RAZR. Love the shopping list. 1 problem. Almost every time I sync I get the error: Error during sync: unable to parse JSON. Interface to Evernote would be great so I can combine the recipe shopping list with my regular shopping list.

Frustrating ! This app triples my recipes , inserts every ingredient a good 10 times and deletes recipes. Very frustrating and waste of my money . I would not recommend this app. It is a shame too because if it worked it would be awesome. Very disappointed.

Good, with one complaint. I had this app on my palm and really liked it. But thanks to HP (I am really not happy so far with what they did to WebOS) . I now have an android and find this app does not work as well as it did on my Palm. My big complaint is that on my Palm, if I added an item to my grocery list that I only wanted to purchase once, I could add it too my list and then just side swipe it to remove that one item. With the android version there is no way to select which items you want to remove from your list.

No search function Samsung infuse. If this app could get zero stars, it would. There are certain andriod phones that this app will not work on. The developers know about the problem and haven't address it. The search function and list icons are missing. Without these icons therebis NO WAY to add recipes. So you only have the two recipes that come with the app. Also, once you buy the app there is no refund so you are stuck with it. Don't buy it. Looks good but doesn't work.

Addictive I am not sure how I got along before this application. I use this for both shopping and recipe searches. When shopping I can see something, and find a recipe, and buy allthe ingredients without making multiple trips. I can also compare multiple recipes without looking at 5 or 6 websites. Great app with one drawback I love this app and have used it since I had it on my original Palm Pre. I use it almost every time I bake...which is often. The only drawback is that, while you can back up your recipes to e-mail, you cannot import that backup into the app. So, if you lose your app data for any reason or you switch phones, you're s.o.l. If this app had either online backup or the ability to import an email backup, it would be deserving of 6 stars.

Great app, but tablet ver. is clunky, limited Fantastic app for menu planning & recipe collecting, but not on tablets. I use it almost daily on my Palm Pre. I don't know why we webOS fans were blessed with such a great version of this app, but I have to say that the Android version is sorely disappointing. Difficult, clunky navigation, missing features (like being able to check off items from the grocery list), and poor readability turn this app from one I use every day on my phone to a not-so-great backup. Not tablet optimized, for sure.

Awesome App.. except... Exellent app, I love the grocery shop list. This app can access other recipe sites, which is a plus. I only wish, is they create a feature where you can take photos of your dish, incase you have your own recipes, or recipes you find in books.

There is no database of recipes on this app. It is basically a search engine for recipes. Do not waste your money. This should be a free app!
