I found people twice my age and more, choosing to follow me in various business enterprises. As my responsibilities grew, I needed to operate with even higher levels of integrity. Levels of integrity that I had not understood previously, became a way of life. My new goals in integrity became increasingly challenging, but I had grown into a leader who could handle them.
