The Green Manifesto

This book is based on a true story of the transformation of a village in a remote part of India.

It describes the efforts of a young boy, wise for his years, to help turn the badly polluted village and its surroundings into a green heaven that it once was. The story tells us that we have the solutions at hand, but they need to be identified.

It is commonly thought that pollution is restricted to the cities, with their large vehicle population and a high degree of consumption of resources. The picture is however changing rapidly.

Environmental degradation has become a major problem in rural areas too. Of course, the causes of pollution there are quite different. Cutting of trees for firewood, indiscriminate grazing of an increasing animal population and a general public apathy towards cleanliness of the surroundings are the main contributing factors.

This book describes the remedial measures undertaken by the villages under the guidance of an enlightened lad, leading to a vast improvement in a couple of years.

Vinita Kamte''s search for truth of the circumstances that led to the death of her brave husband who sacrificed his life for the nation is heart-rending.

Vinita fought a tenacious battle along with her twin sister Revati to get to the truth - for which they also invoked the Right To Information Act (RTI) to understand the answers many questions, but raises many more.

The book promises to move your heart as it reveals the dynamic career of this brilliant officer who was also a great human being.

[Operation Method]
1. Please tighten your abdomen while looking at the smart-phone screen (holding your breath is recommended) when the sound source and image is generated (15 sec) to stimulate the sympathetic nerves (contraction).
2. Subsequently, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth when the sound source and image is generated (45 sec) to stimulate the parasympathetic nerves (relaxation).
Continuously repeat these steps during excretion.

[Operation Principle]
The concept of bio-feedback constipation treatment has the basic principle of providing training to control bowel movements based on a theory that significantly relies on internal education.
By generating a sound source & image stimulating the sympathetic nerves (contraction), together with a sound source & image stimulating the parasympathetic nerves (relaxation) at a 1:3 ratio, it improves bowel movement through active bowel movement.

[Test Result]
Test subjects asserted that there were valid effects. 36% and 28% of the subjects experienced decrease of unpleasant feelings and pain during excretion, respectively. 30% experienced an increase in their number of bowel movements.
