The Oblong Dots
The Oblong Dots takes you deep inside Global Industries, a huge complex where top-secret military and industrial software is developed. The military programs alone are more desirable than drugs, and in the wrong hands could mean disaster for the United States . . .if not the world. Mike Welling’s job as the new technical security chief is to make sure no unauthorized software leaves company property -- but there’s something he doesn’t know . . . After his auto accident, Mike begins to suspect that the operation performed on him was not exactly what the doctor described, and as his suspicions are confirmed, he is torn between a desire to learn and solve the puzzle himself or to turn the task over to his superiors and the authorities. Unfortunately, he chooses the former. Deep into the plot, he can’t retreat, especially when he is mysteriously urged to continue. Adding to the problem is the new woman in his life, who seems to have a secret of her own . . .
