【重要】
同期予定情報が表示されなくなる現象について、Googleカレンダーモードで利用している場合に、予定が表示されなくなる現象が発生しています。これは、予定が削除されたのではなく、Android OS の同期機能が正常に実施されていないことが原因で、WEBのGoogleカレンダー上には、情報が残っています。カエルＸ側の変更が影響しているものではありません。
Google社により、Android OSの脆弱性の対応を先日より実施されていることもあり、Android OS 側、もしくは Googleカレンダーで、更新処理が実行されている途中の可能性も考えられます。詳細については確認中の状況です。
Android OS上のGooleカレンダーの同期の設定がなされているかを
ご確認の上、下記をお試し下さい。
1)ホーム画面より、[メニュー]ボタン、またはアイコン一覧より[設定]をタップする。
2)一旦、同期機能をオフにする。
([アカウントと同期] → [自動同期]のチェックを外す。)
3)アプリケーションの管理画面に遷移する。
([アプリケーション] → [アプリケーションの管理])
※アプリを全て表示する。(Android 2.x 以降)
([メニュー]ボタンより [フィルタ] → [すべて])
4)カレンダーデータの消去を行う。
([カレンダーの保存] → [データを消去])
※PC(Web)のGoogleカレンダーの情報はクリアされません。
5)3G / Wi-Fi回線より同期をおこなう。
([アカウントと同期] → [自動同期]のチェックを入れる。)
この処理をおこなった場合、過去１ヶ月からの予定データしか同期されないようになりますのでご注意ください。
