[2012-12-06] A Google User: Very helpful I enjoy this app. It provides a quick reference to the ratios used in baking that you can quickly recalculate to fit your needs. It also provides other tips such as mixing order, times, oven temps, etc. Whoever made the comment about measuring eggs by weight or volume obviously hasn't read any serious books about baking. To bake optimally, you weigh all of your ingredients. |
