So great Had an issue wit backup from old phone and import to new phone. Emailed designer and 3 emails later I was good. He really took time to help me and now my tablet is in sync too. So cool

Private diary This is a great app does everything it says it doesn't more especially when you use the microphone on the bottom of your keypad all you have to do is speak and it writes down exactly what you say don't have to worry about misspelled words or even messing with the keyboard and in no time you can write pages up on pages like I said it's very good app thanks for creating it was worth 2 dollars I paid

Like this app Really like this app. It makes it a lot easier to try and keep a journal while traveling. Just wish there was an option on picture size though. It would be nice to attach photos to entries as thumbnails.

Excellent app with potential I really like the simplicity of using this app. It syncs very well between devices and the web. I like being able to edit my diary on my computer, tablet, or phone. I would like the ability to export my diary with photos as a PDF. I would also like to attach videos at some point. Finally, a widget to get fast access would be nice. Thanks for the app!

Can't find website In the settings it says you can sync all your devices and back up to PrivateDiaryOnline.com. I registered within the app but when I went online I could find no such website. Has anyone else had this problem. Can the dev please explain to me what I'm doing wrong ? Until I find a solution to this I'm only giving 3 stars. I'll give 5 when I find the site.

I Would Like to Modify Categories Simple, straight forward and yet with enough features to keep it versatile. The preset categories are versatile enough but I would like to be able to create my own, or at least modify, the categories provided. If the developer could change that, I'd upgrade my review to 5 stars. Thanks for a great program.

Highly recommended I really like this app. Unlike other diary apps, this app (if you buy the full version, which is worth it) allows you to sync your entries online so you will be able to access your entries on a pc or any other device with your username. It's really easy to use and very fast.

Just had it First I had the free app then I upgraded and bought the app. The free one was better than the paid version. Now I wish I could just get my money back. I used it and its supposed to back up your entries and I don't have that option. So everything I had in the free version doesn't apply to the paid version. Never again. Deleting paid. Not even getting the free version.

Great APP, Still needs more options Great APP to diarise ones life, however the full version still has limited options, I would give it 5 stars with extra theme creations instead of just one colored themes, create multi colored themes. Also, this App doesn't correct errors whilst typing the script and doesn't have a dictionary or script word error control to correct errors whilst typing...

Nothing fancy, just click and write your journal, the paid version has the additional function such as back up and adding photos, which is very very useful. Excellent App This is a really good app for capturing your daily thoughts etc. The only thing I need is the ability to change the icon title from 'Private Diary' to just 'Diary' or 'My Diary' for example. The problem is, as soon as my partner sees the word 'Private', she wants to know what's in it which kind of defeats the object. When I can rename the icon I'll give it 5 stars.

Samsung Epic Touch I bought this app in early Nov. I was going in for surgery and wanted to keep a journal of my progress. I used the backup and restore always so that I would not lose my data. I damaged my phone and had to replace it with a new one. I downloaded Private Diary again and can't retrieve my data. I have been in touch with the developer and I still can't get the important data that's on my memory card. I have sent many letters to the maker and still nothing. I'm not happy at all. It seems I can't retrieve any data that I saved. The app does not do what they said it will do. What a waste of money for me. I hate to leave a bad review but I have to be honest. Joe B.

Rveenyo Love this app. Was looking for a simple diary. Did not need all the complex features of most apps. Looking at comments i would say you need to poke around the settings menu. You can change text size, send a archive zip file of entries and add your own categories. I could figure out how to do something so sent an email to the developer. I had the answer to my problem the next morning.

Really easy to use This is by far the easiest and nicest one I've had. I tried several others and uninstalled them because I wasn't happy with them. I wanted simple easy to read. This is it. I can photo's if I want. I am pretty new with this app stuff. So I'm still learning how to transfer and all the other stuff that goes with them.
