When hungry, grab your apron and prepare your favorite dish all by yourself which is in fact a great way to get to know more about the pleasures of making and eating tasty homely food.

This is a Lite version which has a lot of free recipes. We also have a Pro version which has healthy recipe categories and lot of special recipes. There are around 5000 Recipes and almost all the recipes are available in the Lite Version. Add the recipes to your favorites, filter it by rating or alphabetical order or recipes with images.

방구하려고 연락하면 이미 예약/거래성사 되었다면서 허탕친적 많았죠?
방구하려고 회사에서 눈치보면서 5분마다 클릭하셨죠? 이젠 안해도 됩니다.
때가되면 실시간으로 다 알려줘요~

개인적으로 객지생활을 하다보니 집 구하기 불편했던점을 많이 고려했어요.

다이렉트 부동산은 직거래이며, 스폰서(부동산)매물도 있습니다.

아래는 다양한 기능들에 대한 소개 입니다.


○ 실시간 매물 알람
- 원하는 지역별 알람 설정
- 다양한 알람 방법 설정가능(진동, 소리, Led)
  (단, 사용자 기기 설정에 우선 합니다.)
- 매물이 추가/수정되면 실시간 알람됨
- 직거래, 스폰서매물 선택해서 알람 수신 가능
- 알람받은 매물의 히스토리 기능

○ 내 주변(위치기반) 매물보기
- 위치기반 내 주변 매물 확인 가능합니다.
- 내 위치와의 거리가 표시되어 실 매물 확인시 편리합니다.
- 매물 정보를 간략표시 기능이 있어 원하시는 매물 쉽게 파악 할 수 있어요.
- 내 주변뿐만 아니라 원하는 전국의 지역매물을 지도위에서 한눈에 확인 가능합니다.

- 내가 등록한 매물을 한번에 확인이 가능하여 등록한 매물을 불필요하게 찾을 필요가 없어요.

○ 매물등록/확인
- 그 자리에서 사진찍어 바로 올릴수 있겠죠?(스마트 폰이니깐)
  바로 연락올겁니다. 실시간 수신자가 있으니깐요.^^
  몇분내 거래 성사 됩니다.
- 앨범에서 사진추가, 사진찍어서 추가, 삭제, 변경 가능
- 갤러리 기능이 있어서 사진 보기 편해요.(가로모드지원)
- 주소만 입력하면 지도 위치는 자동으로 설정되요

○ 거래완료 처리
- 이미 거래가 완료되었는데 연락 계속오면 힘드시죠?
  한번 클릭으로 완료처리가 이루어지며 모든 연락은 차단됩니다.

○ 스폰서 매물
- 직거래뿐만 아니라 해당지역의 부동산 정보 및 매물도 확인이 가능해요.
- 카테고리가 분리되어있어 원하는 매물을 쉽게 찾을수 있어요.
- 내 위치에서 가까운 스폰서를 쉽게 찾을수 있어요.
- 직거래에서 불안했던 계약문제? 가까운 스폰서를 이용하세요.

○ 스폰서 기능
- 매물추가? 메인화면에서 바로 추가가 가능해요.
- 직원들의 매물관리도 가능해요.
- 스폰서 인기관리(?) 하셔야죠.. 비즈니스니깐요.


○ 퀵메뉴
- 퀵메뉴가 있어 주요 시.군.구 지역을 빠르게 접근 할 수 있어요.

○ 커뮤니티
- 함께 만들어가는 공간 입니다.
- 이미지형, 일반형 두종류가 있어요.
- 커뮤니티 종류는 공지사항, 룸메이트(쉐어), 룸메이트 해외(쉐어), 이 매물 궁금해요, 문의/제안, 신고

다만, 개발은 완료했는데 개발자에겐 넘을수 없는 선! 웹 디자인이 덜 되어서(5번 캔슬됨) 눈물 흘리고 있어요 ㅜㅜ

소모 칼로리와, 이동 경로를 구글맵에 표시합니다.

걸음,순간 속도등의 정보를 표시합니다.
