This App will help you, to regularly (daily) perform the exercises from the Book Mind-Chi.
Along the lines: "Change your life and re-wire your brain in just 8 minutes a day"
On the one hand you will be remembered to begin the exercises at a selected time.
On the other hand you will be guided through the exercises.
In the next version you get the option to create and manage your own plans.
It is recommended, of course, any user to read the book "Mind-Chi" by Richard Israel and Vanda North, to learn more and to understand the background.
