You must agree that there are inevitable stages in our lives: born, aging, sickness and rest.
What would we look like when we are 70 or even older? How could we carry on when our muscles are losing their energy? Will our mind still work in good gear and remained in high spirit?
How do we face the ups and downs of our lives? How do we still praise God when we are in difficult situation? How do we encourage others when they are moved by hustles and bustles? How do we share the happy and sad moment with others?
