I Journal is a journaling application designed according to the core principles that renowned author and psychologist Shawn Achor describes in his book "The Happiness Advantage":

Just a few adjustments and it will be a 5 * I really like the app. I would give it a 5 if it did not force close when you tried to rate the day. I would also like to add to the list of entries, even though I think the 4 you have are great and helpful, I would like to add a few more. Catch notes is very useful. Please don't stop support on this app. all it needs now are few adjustments and it will be a 5 star app.

Unusable The UI is glitchy and unresponsive, and the app has crashed every time I have opened it. (Usually when I try to select one or more of the given categories for an entry.)

Not for me Wow, really? Takes more time and effort just to set this thing up than its worth. Ive never found myself wanting a notepad and pencil worse than after trying to use this app. There are far better journalling apps out there.

KellyG Very nice app. It could use a integrated calender as well to pin point the dates u have entries also I'd be happier if it didn't force close every time I tried to rate my day. I thought that was a nice feature however I can't seem to use it. Overall, pretty darn nice!

Sucks since upgrade It almost seems that every time you upgrade a phone or an app they become worse not better. This used to be a 5 star app but now, every time I try and use it it does a force close or crashes my tablet. Despite reporting this more than once still no improvement.

Useful This is a great app , it does what its supposed to do pretty well. However there is a small problem that needs to be fixed. where it says "how was your day" and asks for a rating. It force closes every time I try to select a rating. So I have given 4 stars until this problem is fixed.

Great app but... Despite being a bit laggy this is actually a great app. I love that the notes and journal are integrated. I especially love the voice recording and capturing images feature. The only problem I have with it though is that it force closes everytime I rate my day in the journal. Please fix this bug otherwise this is really the best journal+note app I had so far :) Also, it would ne better if there is a cqlendar.

Suggestion: add calendar view nice app. I like that it integrates with catch note. everything is in the same place. A calendar view is highly recommanded. It could help to spot days of journal entries at a glance. journal entry date can't be changed, which is annoying.

A plug-in for Catch I love Catch, but this app is actually a plug-in and just adds a tag or two, which you could do in Catch as easily. Not really useful.

I liked this...but I liked this app a lot. I still do, however, the latest Catch app upgrade required an uninstall/reinstall and doing so came without sufficient notice that all data would be lost. Disappointing to say the least. There should be a prompt to remind you to export your data...or something.

Good journal app Good journal app. Yes it requires catch notes but that is the best note taking app there is!!!!!! The rate your day is cool and the auto tag journal entry is nice. Good app here. Just create a journal stream and everything will be organized. Once u get the hang of it you will appreciate the app.
