Hannah Lanfear is one of London's leading female mixologists with a decade of experience at the top end of the industry, having worked as bartender, head bartender, bar manager, consulting mixologist and bar trainer for a over decade in renowned bars such as Milk & Honey, Nimb, Bungalow 8 and Boisdales CW.
Besides these she has appeared in a number of industry publications, and writes and is often consulted for industry magazines.
She is a member of the illustrious Tanqueray Ten guild and has had an original creation featured in Gary Regan's Best 101 New Cocktails for his much anticipated Bartender's Annual Manual.
