Track anyone using GpsHalo.
Download GpsHalo on your android device and setup a password. To track someone, send them a text/sms message with the password and you will receive a text back with their exact GPS location in Google maps. The person you are tracking DOES NOT NEED A DATA PLAN; only access to text messaging.
