GeoZen (v. 2011-05-05) Разработано GeoZen |
BETA. Automatically change your phone's settings based on your location.
You are where you are.
But who needs to know this? As you move through today’s world, your phone is always by your side – and with the latest GPS technology, it knows where you are almost as well as you do. We at GeoZen are committed to providing you with a secure, comfortable way to relay this information to the world – on your terms – and to help you manage the phone’s settings based on your schedule and location.
You’re okay letting your friends know where you are...but only in some locations. Did you forget to check-in to Foursquare the last time you were at the “library”? As you lie there at the end of yoga class, do you ever think, “Oh no! Did I turn off my ringer?” GeoZen’s location-based services and settings application can help you make these concerns automatically disappear.
[2011-05-09] Jox: Rubbish! It doesn't have right location so can't work! Google maps knows exactly where I am so don't know why this doesn't :o( |
|
[2011-04-25] Misteralexander: You can configure zones with no problems, but, Foursquare Plugin doesn't check you in. That plugin is why I got this damned thing & it doesn't work! |
|
[2011-04-20] Julie: Gps works sometimes but 4square plug-in never works. Error message "authorization failed" every time. |
|
[2011-04-13] LtDan: Works ok... great idea, hope they keep developing! But need more descriptions of the elaborate program |
|
[2011-03-26] Manic: Simply Awesome Just Download this app and i'm already loving it. It work's very well if you have gps. I would like to see more plugins for facebook and gowalla. Keep up the good work! |

[2011-03-18] Jack: Useless I can imagine that this would be useful if you lived in a very large and spread out area, but if you live in a place like New York City, it is useless. Your phone is not capable of pinpointing your location accurately enough to put you within a "zone" unless you make the zone so big that it engulfs dozens of other venues. If you know that "work" is in one part of the city, i guess you could make a very large zone to encompass it, but if you are a foursquare user, that defeats the purpose. |

[2011-03-18] Matt: Use GPS Tested GeoZen in downtown Seattle and Denver and found it to work reasonably well. GeoZen works well in city environments when you use GPS to determine your location. Non-GPS location methods (wifi/cell tower triangulation) can be problematic. GeoZen gives you the option of determining how your location is determined so you yourself can balance performance vs power. GPS does provide great performance but uses more power, thus it is recommended to use a zone update time of at least 3-5 minutes. - GeoZen Team |

[2011-03-11] staddler: Love the quiet zone for work and client meetings off site; and I really dig the Foursquare plugin for auto check-in at my fav venues |
|
[2011-03-09] MoDmAnDaN: Does absolutely nothing but take up resources. Has an option to auto start, but doesn't even do that, very poor. |
