100年前3位欧洲科学家发现了神奇的人体生物节律：从出生之日起，人体每23天将经历一个生理周期；每28天将经历一个情绪周期；每33天将经历一个智力周期。
生命或生活中的种种现象常常可以从自己的生物节律中找到解释：如运动成绩、考试成绩、意外事故、矛盾冲突、情绪波动等等。
生物相容性可以解释两人之间的相生相克：如寻找配偶、事业搭档，同事和上下级关系是否和谐，受孕的最佳时辰等等。
掌握生物节律，扬长避短、从容不迫：
争取最好的表现，避免最坏的结果，生物钟同样可以帮到你。

1、生命活动随着时间出现周期性变化，高潮低潮周而复始不停运转，我们把它称作生物节律，简称生物钟。目前世人所公认的人体生物节律有生理周期、情感周期和智慧周期。
2、本软件依据时间生物学原理，可以自动计算并显示出用户本人及其他相关人员的生物节律变化过程，从而为科学安排学习、工作及生活，避免差错及事故的发生提供参考。
3、个人信息是计算生物节律的基础，包括成员名称和出生日期。用户在使用前需正确输入本人及相关成员的个人信息，本软件可以储存30人的个人信息。对于成员信息，可以根据需要进行添加、修改或删除。
4、成员信息设置时，“默认首选”是指将选中的成员默认为“我”或“自己”，以便在今后直接通过“我的生物钟”选项进入查询，所以建议将自己确定为“默认首选”。如果用户不做选择，系统会自动将成员列表中第一位成员默认为“我”，请用户在设置成员信息时予以注意。
5、生物节律的计算和显示包括三个部分。我的生物钟可以显示列表中选定成员的详细信息，包括临界日、图形、具体钟点和精确年龄；成员相容性可以显示所选成员与其他成员之间的相容程度(水平)；时钟对比显示特定时间各成员的精确钟点，可以用来比较各个成员当日的状态。
6、时间生物学认为，人体的生物节律处于从高点到低点、又从低点到高点周而复始的波动之中。处于高点时用正数表示，意味着状态良好；处于低点时用负数表示，意味着状态不佳；处于曲线上升期时用“↑”表示，下降期时用“↓”表示。在出现极相转变(由正变负或由负变正)，在图形上看就是曲线与横轴相交时，所处的时间被称为临界点(日)。一个完整的周期会出现3个临界点，分别为起点、中点和终点。
7、图形显示最下面的“天数”设置用来帮助用户前后查询图形的变化情况，用户可以根据需要输入具体数字(如7天、15天、30天、90天、365天等)来确定每次向前或向后跳动多少天来迅速达到目标时间段。
8、统计发现，在临界点(日)人体容易出现状态缺失找不到感觉或错误感觉，从而导致异常表现，如出现差错甚至发生事故，所以应该格外小心行事。当两条生物曲线的临界点出现在同一天时或前后相随时，常常意味着这个时间会比较难过。而当三条生物曲线的临界点集中在一起特别是在同一天时，人体会处于最为不稳定的状态，这种情况虽然比较罕见，大约7-8年出现一次，但应引起足够的重视，比如说避免从事重要活动或操作、尽量少外出、注意休息等。
9、成员相容性和时钟对比是本软件的两项重要功能，它揭示了两个相关人员(如夫妻、同事、上下级等)之间的生物相容性及特定时点的各自状态，对于协调人际关系、增进相互理解、避免摩擦都具有一定的指导意义。
10、生命活动存在着明确的时间节律，但由于个体差异较大，影响干扰因素较多，生物节律也不可能人人一致，在实际应用中如能将生物钟软件与个人的实际情况结合起来，效果会更显著。
